ummm dont carry on the liquid, you cant have anything open, and i wouldnt carry on carts either, its an open liquid, just put it in your bag and check it. its not worth it

If you have a 10ml bottle in a plastic ziploc bag with your other liquids there is no reason you could not carry it on with you.

Leave the gun, take the canolli. ;)

But yah, they shouldn't bug ya. From what I've read from one of our local flyboys (and our local TSA guy) they're hip to ecigs.

To alleviate their concerns I definitely wouldn't bring bigger bottles than 10ml in your carry on. Keep the big stuff in your checked baggage, although I doubt they'd really cause a ruckus. I brought ecig stuff with me, and they did ask me about it, but when I explained what it was they sent me right on. I also stealth vaped on the plane. ;)

Nope, that's excessively paranoid too. :D

The limit for liquids carried on in your quart baggie is 3.4 oz. That's actually 100 ml. From the TSA website itself: "All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in 3.4 ounce (100ml) or smaller containers. Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed. Each container must be 3.4 ounces (100ml) or smaller." (bold in the original)
TSA | Transportation Security Administration | 3-1-1 on Air Travel

I've taken 50 and 60 ml bottles in my quart baggie numerous times, with no issues.

I carried my GG with me a week ago to Dallas from Virginia, no problems. Just remove the battery and take off the atty or carto. I carried my GG, batteries, charger, empty carto's in my carry on, 30 ml juice in my quart baggie. Not one question, right on through security with no problems at all.

No offense...but you're flat out wrong.

Since I started vaping in April, I've been on 3 work trips to Philadelphia, one to Chicago, and just got back from the Philippines. Each time I brought plenty of juice with me. In fact, I brought a CRAZY stash of stuff to the Philippines. Bring all the juice you want, but it has to be in bottles less than 3oz, and must be in a zip-loc bag no bigger than 1qt.

I brought about 150ml's of various juice with me and check another 150ml for a two week trip! It was NO problem...EVER. No TSA or Customs person has ever batted an eye.

Last time I flew I brought 2 510's and a couple bottles (plastic) of e-juice that I stuck in the ziplock with my other travel liquids (soap/and such). My metal pcc drew some attention, but with a quick 10 second explanation I was let through without further concern. I did have my batteries and atties disconnected and in separate compartments of my laptop case.

You can carry on even 30ml bottles in your pocket if you wish here in California, and I have never been given grief.

Carts, prodigy, Chuck only asked to check with the the "Bomb Detector" a few times for the batt mods.
