I've ordered from FT a few dozen times. There is a packet enroute ($35)), accepted in China by USPS a few days ago. So far it appears to be proceeding as usual. I expect to see the package on the front porch in a week to 10 days. I'm stockpile oriented these days so not so price sensitive.

This is one of those swamp draining situations (Mr. President--help!)

When you make a $100 and up purchase from China there is a 28.5% tariff. 3.5% paid by exporter and 25% paid by importer.

Sounds like the solution then is not to order over $100 worth of stuff at any one time. I note FT can and often does split bigger orders into different shipments. Not sure if that would function to avoid the $100 target for tariffs or not, though. Seems like it would but, INAUSCA (I'm Not A US Customs Agent).
