Technical problems with forum?

First of all, I thought I remember there being a thread for technical comments and problems with the forum.
I can't seem to find it now, so I am posting here.

I usually use the "blackened" format but yesterday it started coming up all compressed to left side of screen and
mostly in text instead of all the icons. I was having problems yesterday with my internet, so I attributed it to
that. It is still the same way today. I tried a different format and the threads are all arranged properly but the
header is still all scrunched up with icons overlapping.

Is there an ongoing problem with the forum right now? Or, do I need to reset something in my settings?

edit - I just noticed my signature is gone now as well.

The text of my sig is there but the picture is gone.

edit - Ok, just for grins and giggles, I cleared the cache in my browser and
everything is back to normal. I didn't really think it would work because I thought
all the ECF settings would be on ECF's server but I guess not.
