Well Minister of Information dleister,,, you're absolutely correct on one irrefutable Point.
I did fail. Both to acknowledge your particular "Experience" and in adherence to Twain's Warning.

I think much of the big taste improvement on TC is due to the wires.

Since I liked DC/DC so much in my VW mod, I was sceptical about TC,
and especially with stainless steel.

I needed a dripper- thought it might be a workable out & about option with TC.
It is.
It is the only way to drip, imo.
Limits how much tank bs I have to deal with.
10 day old wick looks brand new, & I used it almost non-stop.

Because stainless works in VW, I bought a spool of stainless.
Works really well in TC & VW.
Factory nickel coils in a humble clearo are giving me my best vape atm,
(because I haven't choked the air on my titanium coiled dripper enough...mañana)
but, after fiddling with titanium, I refuse to wrangle nickel.

I have found batteries last a lot longer in TC than at the same watts in VW.

I love TC.... I need another small mod-
will probably try Kanger Topbox....
then a DNA device for home.

Some nostalgic day, I'll vape on kanthal while listening to a cassette.

But as I mentioned before, there is the ijoy solo mini, which does vw, regular tc, and it also does tc on kanthal; so far it's the only device on the market doing tc on regular ohms. So you don't have to experiment with special wire and go very low ohms and voltage.

The most recent firmware for the VTC mini adds temp control support up to 1.5ohms

I rebuilt a tiny factory coil head with 28G stainless to 1.1Ω and it was surprisingly good-
much better than the factory 1.6 coil.

Didn't subohm much after trying it-
so Evic's native TC to 1.0Ω appealed -(now 1.5)

It's VW is much better than I expected- holds it own with YIHI 130 mods
& is better than Kanger VW.
