Here is a link to what I think is my best chop yet.
Lucerne's Dying Lion - Worth1000 Contests

Just spent an hour on that site after following your link. I'd seen it before but never really explored it much. That's a new favorite for me. Some very nice photoshopped pics you have there :thumb:

It is so good to see this house rockin and rollin again. So glad you are back at em seemingly in better state than ever when it comes to the prose TT.... Your wife is absolutely beautiful....You best treat her right or another Texan will slip her right off with his big green tractor!!!!

Congrats on your becoming Vet LD....

Congrats again to tibs and Gummy and a big thank you to Dexter.

Well I am considerably behind here with everything and everybody, and not even going to attempt to catch up. I hope everyone is doing well.

I did run across something in regards to armadillos. It seems that they aren't content in TX and have migrated to KS the last few years, and are growing in numbers. Would someone please tell how to get rid of them other than SC's way or shooting? It's those one doesn't see that is the big problem. Them along with the possums are becoming a big aggravation...

Shooting those armor plated rats is best, but don't touch them they have been known to carry leprosy. yuck.

Armadillo, cat, snake..... why is it they all taste like chicken? I LIKE chicken, or at least I do now. Went to a poultry processing plant in Arkansas many years ago and almost became a vegan. When we had a small cow/calf herd, I was the only farmer who refused to butcher my own steers! I just couldn't do it, they all had names!

Gonna be running sprints on that leg soon, good for you!

I'll get you all screwed up.
the web is full of good tut.s

I have a tin can-n-string dialup connection. Ever tried watching Gone with the Wind on an iPod? Actually I just went to the library and has them order me CS5 classroom in a book with the DVD. A little late in life to be goin' back to school but this version of PS is setting me back years.

Good morning toto! Happy morning to you!

Yeah, my honey girl is a real sweetheart and I wouldn't trade her for anything. And I have a great big green tractor (a German air-cooled Duetz) and I hope she never likes any other tractor better! She really is one of the nicest people I've ever met and she loves everybody and takes care of everybody. Real fine gal.

I don't know how well you know LD, but that is another real fine person with a sense of humor that goes far beyond the normal! The guy can have me laughing so hard I'm nearly in tears with just a sentence or two. He's a single Dad raising his daughter and in my eyes, that makes him real special.

I guess all the armadillos and possums are moving to Kansas where they still have some water. We have some huge armadillos around here and some kinda mean raccoon's and possums that are a lot like me I guess. They pretend to be dead at the first hint of anybody wanting to put us to work!

Yeah, the DeXTeR is pretty super too. I know there are other good vendors out there, but this guy doesn't have Customer Service ... its Customer Care and there's a huge difference. I wouldn't deal with anyone else as long as he has what I need.

BTW I put a reflection in it of your avi.

I use Photoshop CS5.
It is the best but my God it's got a learning curve. I'm still finding stuff in it. and have only scratched the surface of it's potential. I just wish I could find a job doing this. I'm to damn old to be twisting wrenches anymore.

:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh: I was straining to see TT or Mrs TT in the reflection too! LOL

Good Morning All---interesting and entertaining reading here this morning.
Here are the things that made me happy: Sd has her avatar back, TT's leg is looking better and his stories are still great, Gummy has so much artitistic ability, Dexter is such a great guy, Toto is back and posting, CalamityJan loves animals as much as I do, and I am sure there were more that my age challenged self can't remember.

Hope you all have a great Monday....I am off to read some recipes....I am going to a pot luck tomorrow evening with my Curves friends (don't all workout people get together to eat?) and I am in charge of the dessert. I am going to try to find a recipe with the most fattening ingredients I can find....if they gain weight they will keep working out with me. :sneaky:
