Ya know ... speaking of working too hard.

I think its time for my morning Pokey type nap.

That gal comes up with some really brilliant ideas! Excellent ideas!

TT

Ahh, yes, The Pokey Nap. Definitely one of my more brilliant ideas, TT, thanks!

It's a shame more people can't afford the privilige of taking one. They are glorious.

I know I can't live without 'em, that's for sure. :)

If you listen to Pokey you will be smart like TG and I are :) We learned it all from her :)

Shucks, Salem.

It's so nice of you to put me up there; just remember how easy it is for this little, orange horse to fall down! :)

Well I'd be proud to be smart like you and Nursie T.

So I'll just keep on listening to my girlie buddy Pokey.

TT

You might want to re-think that plan, TT.

Listening to me is bound to get you in trouble.

You should see my list of infractions; it's a good thing the forum hides them from others' view. It's troubling to me, enough, that I have to see them everytime I go to my page. They are always there, staring me in the face. A constant reminder to "shhhhh...."

And as you all know, I don't do "shhhh...." very well. :)

Okay kiddies,

Out of that sack, rise and shine, up and at them!

Off yer azz and on yer feet,

out of the shade and in the heat!

Let's GO!! There's people waiting for us!

Eat your oatmeal and hit the highways and streets!

You want to be the first to get to work, skip lunch or eat with one hand and work with the other, and be the last to leave. In fact, you should be the one who gets there and turns on the lights and makes the coffee and unplugs the pot at the end of the day.

Your an ECF'er and people expect more from you. Your a leader of men and women!

And I need you to keep on paying into Sociable Securities!

Morning, TT! :)

Sorry I missed you, Free! :(

Even burning the candle at both ends, I can't keep up around here, sheesh.

Good Morning Pokey!!

Hope everything is going good over there in old South Carolina! Its going to be another scorcher around here ... 105 degrees. And as bad as I don't want to I have to get out there and do some mowing today.

Ugh.

Too hot for it, but its getting too high around the house.

Yeah Pokey, the thermometer temperature is all I go by.
I don't understand the need for all that other fancy stuff.

I guess somebody wants to know it or they wouldn't talk about it all the time.

Yeah, I'm going to get a real early start just as soon as the sun comes up a little, but I'm not going to do too much.

Hummm, you know .... my wifey bought me one of those fancy zero-turn mowers late last year. I'm not even sure it has headlights on it. I really don't think it does. Humm, gonna have to take a look when I get out there.

Don't tell her this but that zero turn mower beats me half to death. I like the regular old riding mower a lot better. Its a lot more comfortable.

Is that one of those mowers that doesn't have a steering wheel and you drive with two handles?

I've seen them in action; I would hurt myself for sure.

Yeah Pokey, it has two handles and you steer left and right with the handles.

Its just like running a Caterpillar bulldozer and I'm sure you've done that before ... so really, you shouldn't have any problem with it at all.

The only difference is that the Caterpillar bulldozer rides smoother.

C'mon over and I'll let you run it for a while and lets see what you think about it.
