Morning TT ! Looks like a few of our lost friends have found their way back for awhile. Glad to see everyone up and about and sitting at their keyboards where they're supposed to be! Now, entertain us!
Sorry about all that Texas heat. It's a cool 75 here today. If it gets any hotter than that, then the husband will set up a wind tunnel array of fans in the house & I'll have to use duct tape to keep my hair in place.

I am working on yet another care pkg going to Afghanistan Seems my Army friend has converted a whole lotta people to vaping over there so I am collecting juice and accessories here

I'm still around, but I had to go watch Jersey Shore...only because a guy on the forum said he's on it tonight, and I wanted to see if I could find him. I couldn't. And it's a horrid show. Oh well.

Don't be worrying about that National debt and I'd suggest you not buy any stocks today and if you haven't already sold them you'd better keep them.
Just go to work and pay into the Sociable Security and Medicalaid (for me) and I'll sit here at the house and keep an eye on things for you. If there's anything going on I'll make sure your the first to know about it.
The way things are going I'd skip that Starbucks and bagel this morning. Just fill your insulated coffee cup at home and go on to work. Take a slice of bread with you if you need it that bad.
When you get to work you may find they've turned the air conditioning down and made it warmer to conserve electricity. So I'll do the same thing here at the house. Yeah. Watch me.
The good news is that I think its Friday and unless you have to work tomorrow too, this is the end of the work week for you. So get everything done you should have done during the week, but didn't.
And if you find you have to work tomorrow at least the traffic will be real light. Other than that we can do a better split on the Sociable Security and Medicalaid ... somewhere in the range of 80% for me and 20% for you on your overtime money.
I just love the fact that you are so ambitious and can't wait to get to work and get started! I hope you even get promoted! The company I worked for was real good on giving out titles and real bad on giving out money. But you can flaunt your fancy title and maybe even impress the guy sweeping up downstairs at the office. Don't get too uppity though ... remember, he probably makes more money than you.
If your in Texas keep praying for rain. The extended weather forecast says in a week from today we MAY get some. Rain, that is. The bad news is their forecasting for the drought to last another year.
So keep on going, be polite out there on the roads and highways and give everybody you see a big smile. That way they'll wonder what your up to.
