Hubby is prediabetic and my mom is diabetic. Night time is the worst for keeping blood sugar stable and we found that yogurt works really well 
I have to be there at 7:30 in the morning, so that means getting up in the wee hours of the morning to get cleaned up and then drive to where its being done.
I guess tonight is going to have to be an early night for me.
LOL, and I hope my posts tomorrow aren't too loopy!!

I've never canned a thing! But the thoughts of a warm, homemade biscuit with some homemade jam does sound delicious!
Right now, just a piece of toast with store-bought grape jelly sounds pretty goodI come to this thread and immediately start thinking of ways to sabotage a diet!!
