I whipped up some DRY4 am was in heaven! After 10 days (made a big bottle) it seems like the flavor is dying rather than strengthening...I have switched up my juices some to see if it was just me vaping it too much (had a similar issue with it before but didn't get to steeping stage since it was a 5ml :) But that is not the case. I use 100% VG base. Anyone had any similar issues? I really LOVED it at first...ordered a 120ml of flavor (lol) but now...meh.

Picked some DRY4 up about 2 weeks ago to try to clone a commercial mix and never got around to it. Now after reading this thread I'm thinking of trying this:

24% NIC 75/25 pg/vg base
DRY4 7%
AP 1% (Like a nuttyness to my mixes)
EM 1%
Dulce De Leche 1%
Caramel 1%

What do you think?

I think I'll need to add some bavarian cream to my next order as well.

@1lastshot

If your flavors are starting to fade try adding 1ML vinagar per 5ML MIX. This should solve the fade problem without changing the original flavor.

I usually mix my tobacco flavoring at 5% and it seems the average % throughout the thread is 7%. I would think greater then that may be a bit strong and may over power the other flavors used at 1%.

lol...I'm not known to be one to go with the consensus. ...good luck!

Since quitting analogs I could never find a tobacco flavor that I could stand.
Been reading alot about dry4 and decided to give it a try. I mixed a 5ml tester
a week ago, 70/30 with only 5% dry4 and tried it last night.......it's all gone 8-o
I am going to try some of these variations but I think 10% would be way to much for me.
I have found with TFA the flavors are so strong if you go past a certain point they get perfumy
and then start to fade out.
This stuff is really good tho.

My DRY4 recipes (just about dialed in; tough to get perfect since my wife vapes it up faster than I can make it) :
12% DRY4
2% EM
2% TFA caramel original
.5 % AP
2drops ACV/ 5ml

Nutty double ry4
10% DRY4
2.5% FA nut mix
1% AP
2% EM
2% FA caramel
2dr/5ml ACV

Note: I think my EM solution is a little weak. 70/30 pg/vg mix.

After 1 week....so so
After 2 weeks...better, good but not great
After 4 weeks... Total transformation.... Incredible.....
It's hard to wait but well worth it for me. Even if by then my wife has vaped the bottle half way down

Ya know....

tc1's Rwhy4 recipe has been my ADV.
My last batch I lowered the flavorings a bit and it still is flavored as strong as the ECBlend Ry4 XF I was ordering before.
Mixed it at 8% DRY4, 4% Caramel Candy, and 4% Bavarian Creme.

This stuff is just killer.
I'm down to about 8ml left, so I had better mix up some more.
It's OK though... Just as tasty fresh IMO.

tfa Double RY4 has been my favorate to experiment with since I got it.

TFA DB ry4 7%
berarian cream 2%
black cherry 1%
caramel 1%
AP 1%
Sweetner 1%

The Black cherry really makes this special but use very sparingly the idea is to get just a hint of cherry. Like a creamy tobacco and the cherry gives it an interesting top note. 1% vinegar will also reduce fading but you won't have that interesting top note.

DB RY4 7%
AP 1%

Almost like halos tribeca

DB RY4 7%
caramel 2%
Marshmello 1%
sweetner 1%

Like a caramelly marshmello cream puff

DB RY4 7%
hazelnut 2%
Baverian cream 2%
vanillin 2%
sweetner 1%

So good but can't quite describe it. I may try this with a little coffee flavoring and eliminate the vinellin next time.

Also this stuff needs to steep for a long time to get good. OK at 2 weeks Killer at 4 weeks. I steep in an ultrasonic cleaner and it reduces the steeping to just 5 hours.

I have been vaping for about 6 months and spent a ton on juice -- I am totally into ry4 flavors - mainly HHV Heavenly Tobac and I also like ECblends ry4 --- can someone tell me if the recip for the rwhy4 tastes similar to ese juices I currently buy ?
If so I may need to start making it myself
I also like ECB RY4 but with DXF add caramel and vanilla options. I'm trying to copy the flavor and am still tweaking the %'s for that strength.

8% RY4Double, 3% Original Caramel, 3% Vanillin 10% PG (all TFA flavors) is a good starting point for a lower overall flavor strength.

The Orig Caramel and Vanillin give it the mollassas/dark brown sugar type of caramel flavor that ECB's RY4 has.

Maybe add 1-2% Cinamon Roll to taste similar to Heavenly Tobacco.

Another good one is 10-12% RY4D, 4% Hazelnut.

Let it steep for a good long time, a couple of week at least. The flavors all come together. I've tried a lot of RY4's. The Asian, RY4-1, Double RY4, etc. From different vendors too, TFA, Hangsen, ECx, etc. The best boutique RY4 I've tasted was Timeless Vapors' RY4. I've tried mixing a recipe to duplicate it but no joy yet. Vape Dudes is pretty darn good also. I'm vaping it right now and there's something missing. I'm going to try adding a little molasses next.

I saw a recipe that mixed TFA Double RY4 and TFA RY4 Asian both @ 7.5%
