Morning
I've mixed Chai and Earl Gray teas at 5-10% with 10% being almost too strong...and I like strong flavor. I mixed Sweet Tea at 10% and it was almost tasteless.

Both the Sweet and Sweet Southern from DYI (Chai and Earl Gray from Bull City.)

Any recommendations for the Sweet and Sweet Southern?

I mix 70PG/30VG 12mg nic.

Thanks!

It would help to know the manufacturers of the flavorings you're asking about, any time you ask for a recommended % to use. Where you bought them (Bull City, etc.) doesn't really matter, unless the flavoring was their own proprietary flavor or blend. If the Sweet Southern Tea was from One Stop DIY shop...that's an example of a proprietary flavoring/blend.

It looks like to me that the Sweet Southern Tea you mentioned IS from them possibly. Maybe by DYI you meant OSDIY shop?

The Sweet and Sweet Southern Teas are TFA, as noted in the title, from OSDIY (typing error in OP)

Thanks!

TFA flavoring loose taste at high percentages. So start 4% and work up.

If you like sweet southern tea try this one at 10%. It's one of my ADV's

One Stop Flavors - Sweet Southern Tea - 30mL

Thanks Danny!

Trying to be helpful, that's why I posted what I did above. You may have gotten the Sweet Tea and the Sweet Southern Tea from OSDIY, but only the Sweet Tea is a TFA flavoring. The Sweet Southern Tea is a proprietary flavoring of OSDIY Shop. It's one of their "One Stop Flavors", that only OSDIY has. That's why I said it would help to know the manufacturer of the flavorings that you wanted the recommended % for. :)

Link below shows both:

No problem at all. By the way, all of their proprietary One Stop Flavors and their One Stop Blends that I have personally tried (8 of them so far)...are excellent! Owner of OSDIY usually recommends 10% as a usual % to use any single one of them at. However, the % vary from person to person. I use a low of 8% for some, to a high of 12% for others. Whatever suits your own tastes is what's right for you though. :)

I have very limited DIY experience, going whole hog in the beginning and then realizing I didn't have the talent for it. 99% of my vaping is with NETs that I extract myself. I tried extracting teas but, have not been as successful. Based on the experience with TFA Chai and Earl Gray at 10% I think your suggestion of 8% for them would be better and 12%+ for the OSDIY Sweet Teas should work out fine as you and Sugar and Spice recommended.

Thanks again for the full explanation!

The 8-12% I use...is only for the One Stop Flavors and One Stop Blends from OSDIY that I've tried so far. The flavorings from TFA, CAP, INA, etc. all vary widely for me, from flavoring to flavoring though...some are way weak, some very potent. I haven't tried any teas other than the OSDIY Sweet Southern Tea so far.
