FDA silicone works well. The softness is variable so I wouldn't get softer than 60 Duro - about mid range. I found the best way to cut it was with a hole or plug cutter bit. Takes a bit of practice and it's hard to find a bit size which matches stock tubes. Probably easier to cast to exact size. I've never found standard size FDA silicone washers.

the 5/8" OD gasket from Home Depot is self explainatory
what XL Cart from Madvapes? do i have to slot it? should i buy the slotted ones?
Unscrew the lid, fill, screw lid back on....vape; repeat as necessary? this is so easy i don't understand!!!
can i have some step by step directions or anything to make this easy thing even easier for me?

Ok, I made one of these with a little cake icing jar I found at Walmart for $1.68.
I just poured out the icing, as I wasn't baking anything that day. Instead of cutting off the entire bottom, I just drilled a hole in the bottom large enough for the battery connector to fit through, then pushed the washer (with CE2 in it) down from the top. I saw this in another video somewhere. That approach seems to eliminate the chance of the bottom washer popping off. Of course, the CE2 can still come out of the washer (which happened once in the building process), but if you get it tight enough, it should be ok. Also, the jar required a 1" OD washer, as it was little bigger than the jars from Madvapes. I found the 1" washer at a local hardware store.
