I just ordered from ProVape, MtBakerVaper, and fast tech. Not to start anything, But BB should read the law.
Many were saying that in the comments, and I can't disagree... But they said they're acting on the council and recommendation of their lawyers.

I mean I don't blame them to be honest...

I did check it out... Manufacture license, distributor / retailer license, 40% tax..... and it goes on, not to mention the business administration costs... You know TAX stuff.... Also in checking, PA house passed 19 to 4 to kill the vape tax totally.... Now it needs to go to the PA senate Jan 23-27 is when they meet. Then to the PA Gov. for his autograph. That what I've read...

That is all for in state (Pa) sales and manufacturing. It is our responsibility ( the consumer) to pay the 40% tax if we buy outside of the state.

And again, I am not trying to start anything.

I do have a NJ address also, so its no biggie to me.

I'll drive to the shore for a new billet box.:)

I was incorrect on the Voting requirements..HB 2342 was 19-4 to repeal in full from House Finance and replace with a 5 cent per milliliter e-liquid tax instead. I think my late night reading got the best of me... Call it HOPE....Fingers still crossed. At this time it's been stalled to put a word on it. From other posts, it is to be brought back to the table on January 23 for discussions. To answer your question, from my understanding, if a PA resident purchases from outside the state, they are considered an unclassified importer and the consumer is required (monthly) to pay the 40% tax on total cost (including shipping). If product is purchased in state, all that is already paid in your final purchase price. This is why 70 of the 300 B&M PA shops have closed their doors. They can't compete going forward price wise. Why I mentioned the Manufacture/Distributor/Retail License fees.... That is for any that want to sell to a PA consumer and my guess as to why some are not going to sell products to PA residents (increased cost and overhead). What taxes they are required to collect I do not know. But either way the 40% tax is paid by the consumer one way or another. Again that is my understanding. I'm still hopeful that common sense will win out, BUT...well you already know the rest.

I just ordered a Vape Prod ASP BVC (non-Nautilus) adapter for carto tanks/BBox tanks.

It will be redundant for my BBox collection, since I have the Bridge for both BVC versions...

But it will be nice to use a carto tank again!!!!

I've joined the clan just recently, love it. Saving up to send it in for the DNA-Lipo conversion. Using mine currently with the uno, really enjoy the flavor and Vapor. Great device.

Guy from the billet box group does them, pricey, but everyone raves about the finished product. [emoji6]

Damn!

What's the battery life like on that?

Which DNA board?

Sorry...I've got a lot of questions!

And I've got a Rev3 that is looking to be completely overhauled...

It's the DNA40 for now, he's working on the 60. As far as battery life, I'm waiting to hear back from him on that question. The conversion costs $200....
