Man. I've tried 28g and not really hot. I do have 27g inbound. Still getting feeding issues.

Any ideas? Build picture attached.

I didn't end up liking the Insider, due to far too much condensation build up in the box...

But on the few builds I did use it, my wick was slightly longer than that, so as to facilitate it being pushed down by threading the chimney on.

It barely touched the top, wider area of the juice channel.

No problem with condensation. I have since clipped my wick at an angle and barely touching the deck.

I tried this once but had mad feeding issues. I think I need to thin out my cotton a touch. Just built your method and it is working well except when I chain vape.

Is the chimney supposed to be this short? On my racing bridge I have quite a lip.

There's nothing else I can think of right now, there definitely is something going on. I have no issues at all with chain vaping and kinds thick liquids. Also no condensation for me at all.

As for the chimney, mine is just like that… short and works extremely well.

Wish I could be of more help.

Just thought I'd post this pic of how I tightened up the air flow on my Comfort bridge. Not my original idea, but saw it mentioned somewhere, possibly here. Just two small o-rings positioned to give the perfect draw for me.

Thanks @oplholik gonna try this as the draw on the comfort is WAY too much air for me.

just did this trick on the doggy as the af ring is so stupid loose it never stays put. This is a fine solution to that problem!

I've got my third and last(for now) BB in operation.
billet red 087.jpg

This is how I got it. I knew that it would be pretty impossible to repair the finish.
So I removed the anodise finish and polished it.

It's still got some of the deep marks but they are less noticeable now.

Back to my clone exocet. Working ok. So ...... the Insider isn't working. Patiently NOT waiting for the Odis Flow.

Having rebuilt the doggy (actually just a rewick), am seeing virtually no juice seepage or condesation and performance is comparable to the exocet. I was going to try to get another exo but don't think I'll bother now! Next thing is to try the taifun 3 AF reducer in the doggy as it fits nicely in the normal (not M2L) version.
