I got my blem Rev 4 BB today, I ended up just putting in a original classic Billet bridge, and fill it with my ADV. (Brown Car) I took one of my Green batteries out of one of my Radius's and have been vaping it, it does have a slightly different taste than in my Rev 3 does, but good. I also found the blem, it is a very small mark in the finish on the bottom, my other BB's have larger marks than this one does. I am happy I finally got one, I will get a picture up soon. :)

You may have gotten it in one. That is honestly nothing I paid much attention to before - and your explanation makes sense. Right now all the BBs are happy and not weeping tears of ejuice, but the next time one comes apart I'm going to take a close look at that. Thanks!

edit: After a bit more thought, I'm not sure if the exocet could be affected by that although the insider sure could be. At least I have another thing to work with whereas before you replied I was at a loss.
I think another product of all these little issues is the new user base. Most BB owners lean towards 12w mtl vapes IMHO. Newer users want s bit more heat or vapor.

I'm at 0.5 ohm / 25 W

Have been ever since I realized that the KF4 works at its best there.

I've sadly had to leave my Rev3's in retirement...

On another note, I was moaning about problems with the ohman hybrid tip and jumping ohms the other day. I took it out of service and put back the normal BB DT adaptor and all well. So tried the ohman again on the new BB with the doggy on board and it is absolutely fine. Turns out the problem is the exocet which is a bit finicky in terms of how it engages with either the normal BB or a hybrid DT. No idea what the basis of that issue is but it is there, at least on my exo (and it is an authentic for sure). bizarre..

I had the same issue with my JMK hybrid tip and authentic Exocet. Switched back to the stock BB adaptor because I prefer the HellFire whistle tip and all jumping issues went away. Haven't tried any other hybrid tips and likely won't since I like the whistle tip so much.

hmm interesting. I might mail Darren and let him know there could be an issue with the exo. Not sure he will make any more or if there is a new version in the offing but I'm sure he would like the info!! to be honest, even the standard adaptor is a bit wonky with the exo, certainly compared to the doggy!

See if he will mass produce the MTL pin. I know there was a prototype posted on the FB page at one time. Worth a shot.

Alright. I'm reverting back to my diagonal cut wick from my rta days. Steam Tuners method is crap over 25w and I am getting frustrated. So far so good, at 1 ohm and 33w and not yet good enough to chain vape like I want but better than before.

I was suprised to. Meant to message you back saying thanks for the heads up. I actually waited a few days to order the tip, because I don't like all metal tips that much, but finally decided to order one in case they don't do any more batches.

Got the tip in yesterday and it is great, perfect size and shape for the type of tips that i like. I'm hoping at some point they do the color versions to, though not sure if that material takes away the metal feel or not.

Thanks again

I'm glad you were able to get one!

The colors are really nice - I like mine a lot. They're definitely the best fitting tips for the Rev4, and I'm glad to see he brought them back - even if just the SS ones.
