Well I figured while I was messing with this thing, I would try to re-wick this one. I have not tested it yet but it looks like it worked, I even got the cotton packed in tight.

My little cheepo meter says it is around 2.1 to 2.2 OHMS.

Picked up my first authentic BB today. Well, I have a confirmation email anyway. Awaiting fulfillment. Nothing fancy. Billet BoX one (bead blasted bright dip). Tossed in a nautilus bridge for it. I'm a 1.8ohm Nautty guy ... until I get the Exocet figured ... once all the stuff for it gets here. Was a casual purchase of the Billet Box. No F5 required. Definitely not an F5 guy. Didn't even already have an account set up. I've had one of those (shall remain nameless) knock off boxes that is similar to Rat Black for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. It's a great mod. I might say impeccable as far as the one I received with a DNA60. Picked it up when overwhelmed with "no can haz" ... alrighty then. Figured I might just as well go authentic and dance with the one who brought 'em when the time was right or karma would hail down on me or something. Today was the day.
Also en-route is a charge board and jumper leads to mess around with e-Scribe and get any DNA60 firmware upgrades available now or in the future.
Furthermore, all I run on both my desktop and laptop is Linux. So to run e-Scribe (Winders only), I have a 10.6 lapbook with Winders 10 en-route.
Only thing I've left out for now is a drip tip. But I have a 7/16" African Blackwood tip I've been absolutely enjoying on the nameless box, and will likely use that for a while ... or dig one out of a 5lb bag of random tips in the closet that will work for the time being.

I put this coil in one of my Rev3's on Thursday night, it looks like this is my first success at
re-wicking a BVC coil. No leaks no gurgles, the taste is slightly different, but that might just be the cotton, I used KGD cotton. If I can do this again I will be
