Just out of curiosity have they done the rare Unicorn brass one in the Rev 4?

They did do some that they called a Flipper, but they were not Brass. They did not appeal to me at all, in my opinion it is not a Flipper if it is not brass. :| So no, no brass Rev 4's. :(

What were they made out of?

They were the same as all the rest, Aluminum and just engraved with the dolphin, and high priced. The brass is worth the extra $, but these not so much. It has been quite some time , around the time that the first Rev 4's came out.

I don’t ever support clones, but I bought a ExoClone from fasttech for my buddy at work.

When it arrived I carefully inspected it...

I had to scratch an X on all the parts so I could tell them from the real deal!

I expect this thing to perform similar to the authentic...

So take that money and grab a few! They’re only $11~ after coupon code: MAP

Since the original is out of production, and current owners are unlikely to part with theirs, that clone may be the only chance you’ve got.

Well I wanted to put it out there so I know did as much as I could before having to go that route. I waited 4 years to get an authentic Billet Box, in this case the longer I wait the lesser chance I have of getting one.... Or even the clone. I had to at least try. If anyone knows of some of those secret HEMO Facebook groups and can check around for me that would be cool too. I don't have a Facebook and probably never will. Thanks again guys!

Just got my first billet box and I love it however I am curious...it has the dna 60 chip and I would like to know if anyone has actually hooked it to escribe? I seen the YouTube video of how but I didn' see it actually work. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it and hope everyone had a great holiday.

I connected mine :) I made a compression fit wire set up,out of thin copper strand wires.
I soldered to the usb board side, & just slid the wires into the board holes.

I just removed the chip cover, carefully disconnected the screen lead & held the wires in place on the board.
I was able to set up the DNA60 just how I like it :) It's not that hard, just have to be careful with the screen lead.
BTW there is an update for the dna 60 that includes a new pre-heat boost in power mode :)
