He's an ECF member ("Ohman") but it's most active on Facebook. Do you have a FB account, by any chance?

Another of my favorite aspects of the BB is that it fits into pretty much any pants pocket comfortably, even jeans. Cases and holsters? I'm sure they're fine, but they're not for me.

A few nicks, a few scratches - gives them character. And it proves that they are built to take the heat (which they most certainly ARE). There are always JWraps too, but I only use those on my raw one, which now sits comfortably on its porch while the youngsters do the heavy work.

Them young whipper-snappers with their AN-o-dized finishes, and what not. When it was a kid. BB's worked in the RAW. ;)

yeah the wife doesnt have a need for the holster either ,so making a great deal to someone for christmas seems the only thing to do with it.none of my guns will fit in it im sure!!lol-Rick

Congrats, Mommay, and it's always nice to see further validation to what many of us inherently believe (plus XX's previous input)

And out of curiosity, what makes you despise it so? Ironically, for me it's one of features that I like most (durable, quick & simply to use).
Most of the juices I use are almost totally clear. I couldn't tell how full my tank was. However, I figure I'll just measure with my syringe for the next fill until I get a little better insight on everything BB. Despise was probably a bit of an overstatement after looking back a few hours. But at first fill, it was definitely my word of choice

@rudedog , wouldn't your wife use it to clip it in the inside of her purse? Seems like a handy way to keep it handy. I use Kydex for a couple of my guns & really like them. Ifyou decide not to use then, drop me a line and maybe we can work something out.

Oh, dear. You might find this somewhat useful. :)

As for the liquids, you really can't see how full they are? Yours ARE "clear", aren't they? Even the lightest of mine is no problem at all. I'm thinking a boro might be your best option (as long as your cautious).

So DP, what's up with that multi-colored BB I spy in the background? Is that a skin or something custom?

Hey SS. That's my raw BB, with the orion wrap from Vaporskinz.

Orion

There's no battery in that any longer. At least not for now. It's still close to pristine, and I'd like to keep it that way. The anodized ones are my workhorses, and get carried, clanked around, and used pretty much daily. I'll often leave the house with both in a hand, for a change of flavors if desired.

And, so the collection starts!

Thanks for the idea about using a pre-measured amount to fill with clear liquid. So far, I've only been using my ADV, which is not clear. But, if I ever get a spare tank, . . . .
No you are not crazy. hubby who is a pretty simple vaper has actually snaffled my RPG for one of his eliquids that is substantially different. It's a jagerbomb eliquid and for some reason it calms the cherry and lifts the anise.

Just because you are all friends I am not too pleased that he has discovered my billet boxes. He keeps looking at them and I am being super precious about the other two. I tried to give him a clone but he doesn't want one. Only a genuine one (mine :( )
Oh, no! My first reaction, like Debs, was to say to use it as an excuse to get another (or two). But, this isn't good.

His hybrid drip-tips (one-piece tip & screw, all titanium) are my hands-down favorites. I rarely use any other tips on my BB's these days.
I recall you talkin bout these before, and at the time it didn't make a lot of sense to me. Now, it does of course! Genius idea!!

:) There are a bunch of similar ones out there, Debs - and they REALLY make a difference in the speed & ease-of-use categories. I just happen to be partial to Bret's work, but his are far from being the only ones.

These are just some of the many he's done for the BB. He uses strictly titanium for the cores, and they're always smooth as silk.

These are just some of the many he's done for the BB.

Those look GREAT . . . Got to get one for "My" BB in a Dark Emerald Green and that Colbalt Blue one for when I get a Blue BB (been saving up - but hoping for another sale like "DD" had on Cyber Monday and he actually has a Dark Blue one available than too . . . ) . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

He can make pretty much anything. He did a special "Green Bay Packers" colored one for my son-in-law, and made a pretty nice aquamarine one that I use on L'Orange now and then.

For the prices, these aren't too shabby. I favor the soft velvet bags, as (somehow?) I've amassed quite an army of them.

Or, if ya get lucky, you might have a friend or two who just might gift you one.....

(Thank you, my lovie doves)

IT'S HERE! @Debadoo , the color reminds me of the sand at Cocoa Beach, FL. It is truly a hard color to describe. Certainly not dirt brown, more of a dark antique gold/bronze. I'm running it with the Billet Bridge, 1.8 ohm coils and a 50/50 juice.
1st impressions:
(1) I DESPISE the tank that is shipped with the BB. I was going to order a Boro tank, but they were out of stock when I placed my order.
(2) The button has a smooth, easy throw. I'm going to try it for a couple of days as-is.
(3) I never thought I would find something that I liked better than my Provaris & Prometeys. But this is the tops.
(4) I wish I would've put the $90 bucks I paid for my Kabuki towards a BB. I don't think the 'buki will get much more use.
(5) This will not be my last BB!

If anyone is reading this and is wondering whether to get the clone to see how you like the BB, forget it. Just put that $50-60 towards the authentic. As someone who has now used both, there is NO comparison.

Congrats and welcome to the B Box world, Mommay! Your choice in colors is wonderful. I really do like that antiquey bronzed look.

I enjoy the delrin tanks, and love the Boris. You DO have to take your time with it, but I suppose there are advantages and disadvantages to either tank.

And on the subject of batteries..... ;)

There's been a lot of chatter about some of the black ICR 16340s being out of spec, and a tad too long to fit well in the B Box. (some won't fit at all) I know that Randy at RTDvapor would prolly be most accommodating, and resend the correct size if you got an out of spec one. At this point in time, I would prolly make a note on my order that the batteries are specifically for the Billet Box (so that he might caliper them before sending).

Also, it's good to know that using the red AWs are absolutely fine. They fit beautifully. Shorter run time, yes, but they are no problem at all. :)

How cool are those! Pretty, too :)

DP, is there a source for bottles and pink plastic tips, or are they from DD's shop? I'm finally using the delrin exclusively in one BB, but the syringe method of filling doesn't work too well if the juice bottle isn't pretty full.
