I'm still having issues with the Rev4 Boro the gasket keeps popping out and worried that I might break the glass as it's binding.
Here is something I discovered while playing with one of my loose gaskets.
Not sure I can explain in words but anyway. Start it off, put the glass in at the very bottom edge... just to get the bottom gasket side seated properly then move the glass up a very small amount then move back down a small amount, move up and down slightly. It seems to pull the gasket into shape. Using this up/down in increments until to get to the top. It might take ten little motions to get there.... Once it is seated properly then it seems to work from there on in.
The key seems to be small movements of the glass even when opening and refilling
FYI for those looking to get the Billetbridge Racing you can now haz

I have the Kanger RBA working inside of my BB rev 4 right now and it's been amazing. It's the RBA Plus so it has larger airflow. I get so much flavor and never get a dry hit or flooding. I have a 5 wrap clapton coil that comes out at .45 ohms. 26g SS core with a 32 g kanthal wrapped around itI am so excited to be back in this thread. I had two rev 3.a but just couldn't get the usage out of them I wanted with the 3a limit and lugging around extra batteries. I just got a fawkes r4 from a buddy and already have the Racing, nautilus bridge, and roo on the way. Really hoping to score some panels in the near future and a leather case. Depending on how well the RBA section works in the billet i may be ordering an UNO as I love my siluros in the 3.a's.

Ive only had the gasket pop on one of my Boros and found cleaning boro and gasket in soapy water and then isoprol alcohol and make sure there is no water or gunk in channel and it is completely dry.
Then as Krisma said and I lube up the gasket and glass with VG and work it up and down slowly.
Once it has popped you have too take it completely out and clean and reinstall .
I did try when it first popped just trying to push it back in but I had no luck and I suspect its because eliquid has got into the gasket channel.
Once I pulled it completely out and cleaned properly I have had no issues
Note: Be sure to put the glass back in exactly the way you took it out, as there is a bevel on one side of the top edge of the glass that prevents the gasket from damage.

I have seen one, out in the wild...
And I have held it in my hands. It is most wonderfully beautiful in person. Yes, it is!
