sorry your baby is broke..........but aint ya glad ya got it from someone who's CS is fabulous?Well, my new Rev4 will be taking a return trip to Utah. Went to use it last night, it had jumped to 40w with a 1.6Ω nautilus coil. Holy dry hit Batman.
It seems as though the wattage up button is stuck.
I called BB CS this morning and received a call back almost immediately (~30s or so). Customer service was awesome, and told me to watch for a return shipping label this afternoon. I've never had such a pleasant experience with CS before, with the exception of Vapor Flask.
Here is the most in depth study on ecigs that I've seen The guy doing the study has never taken a puff off of a tobacco product so he does the part for someone that's never smoked. It's almost an hr. long.

Tonight, I think I found a good solution for the "new black AW's too tight" issue in my Rev-3a's. (I mean, they're really not, but a light slap into my palm won't knock them out...they're not too tight, they're just a little stubborn!)
It DID involve a little surgery, but it works!

A little ribbon, a little "unscrew this and screw it back in", and bingo!
Pops the battery out with no issue!
Tuck the excess between the batteries, and the back-plate slides on/off with no issues!
Took all of 5 minutes!
I honestly don't know why it didn't come from the factory this way!
Hey DD!

I then asked if using a "ribbon" as they do in some other products to remove batteries would be alright - I even suggested the trash bag ties. That's when he tried something he had there to check if that would work. Well it did . . . So as a result, "Doug Dino" mentioned that he is now going to be thinking about this and what can hopefully be done as a work around for people in the future . . .![]()
AH - GREAT MINDS - really do think alike . . .![]()

What can I say?
The brilliant minds here have inspired me to tackle quirky problems like this!
Well "My" mind is not that "Brilliant" - just GREAT for "Me" . . . Now since Ya' are so "Brilliant" - I have a couple of other "MODS" that are not working which I like and NEED to be worked on if "You" would like to help . . .![]()
Very durable! Unless you drop it on concrete or something.Question for anyone with a Rat Black model, how durable is the finish?
