Panels arrived! They look quite a bit different due to lighting/flash. They are gorgeous in person!

@King_Louie , you won't hear any arguments against the Xvo from Kat or me, and if you need the money, yes - sell the BB.

My reasons for hanging onto the 3's are strictly around the durability, given what's at stake right now. But again, bills come FIRST.

The "a" (as in Rev 3a) simply means that it's an anodized finish. The original BB's were raw aluminum (aka aluminium), and required a MUCH greater amount of attention. They're marvelous, in fact I'm using one currently, but they require thorough cleanings (alcohol & olive oil) OFTEN. When I was using it almost exclusively, those cleanings were weekly.

If you didn't do that, the door would end up getting stuck on you (due to oxidation). And trust me (been there), that's NO fun.

So I got my Ohman Uno in the mail yesterday and I have a question for anyone that has one or is using one. It comes with 3 orings. I know the two tiny ones are for air flow adjustment but there is a slightly larger one in the bag and I'm not quite sure where it goes. It looks like it fits into the space where the barrel and "deck" screw together. As a matter of fact it fits perfectly in there and when the two halves are screwed together it doesn't muck with the threading, meaning with that oring in there it fits together like it's supposed to.

Is that where it's supposed to go?

Although, I am looking for a new "Tootle Puffer" tank that uses coils to really fit better and nothing compares to "My" BB . . .

Make that 3 . . .

Anyone have any experience with the Sophia V2 in a BBox?
Looking to find out if the airflow is comparable to a BVC coil.

The Sophia V1 is a lot tighter, and I'm hoping reports that the V2 is airier are true...

Also, does anyone have any pictures of how low the Sophia tube opening/juice port sits in the tank on a Billet Box?

Looking to avoid the leaking issues I've seen reported on a few of the rebuildable atties used in a BBox. These reports are usually about the juice getting low enough to cause a leaking issue.

Thanks in advance!

The larger o-ring is a replacement for o-ring on the "locking" ring where the drip tip sits. The stock o-ring can be a little too snug, and end up yanking the uno up with it when the ring is removed. Bret includes that third o-ring with the Kangaroo as well. I learned that after dumping a tank full of juice inside of my BB, the locking ring pulled the top of the Kangaroo out of the coil.

Ahhh! Gotcha! Ok! Well I don't need it then. I use an JMK Hybrid tip on both my BBs. Thanks for the info. I couldn't find the answer anywhere!

I thought I recalled KAS wrestling with it, but don't quote me.

[emoji1312][emoji1312][emoji1312][emoji1312][emoji1312](see what I did there?)

I'm confident I can build it.
I'm confident it will work with the ByLeo adapter kit.
I'm just worried the airflow will be too much like a carto...
Even if it was halfway between a carto and a BVC, I'd be ok.
Anything less than that and I'll be reselling it.

HB, if I'm recalling correctly, I think @Krisma is our resident Sophia mistress.

Morning.......you rang :p

Not sure I am the expert but I do luv them. Couple of proviso's Firstly the v2 is much airer than the v1 and I would put it airier than a BVC. Secondly I prefer the v1. I can rebuild in snap of a finger, I have lots of spares and I like the taste of my Eliquid in the ceramic. But I suppose most of all I never stuck with it in a billet box. They are both great products that work brilliantly in the way they were intended to, but IMHO together they don't add anything to each other. So I went back to the BVC in the BB and put the Sophia in a beautiful tank.

Just discovered something cool... They thought of everything! In case anyone was wondering if you could accidentally put the rev4 covers on upside-down.... Well - you can't! They reversed the polarity of the magnets on the opposite sides.

So if you're in a pinch and go to put the cover back on after a battery swap - it's impossible to put on upside-down. :)

Why not? It's not as if you'd actually obey...

I was working with the V1, I had a real hard time with the juice control, it would just get stuck. Once that happened a big mess came after that with a loss of juice. I honestly don't like the V2 Sophia, it is a PIA to build a coil on, and never really got a coil built that I was happy with. I know that some people can build them, and are happy with the V2. I guess I am just not one of them. :( I must say that the V2 has some stronger wings that the juice control adjusts on so it might work better in the BB, not really sure though.

Got my Rev4B today and not sure I like the looks of the large screen plate. There is something about the engraving that I really like.

Now on a plus side it is ready for a DNA60 :)

Hope everyone that got their big screen Rev4's are enjoying them now. I wish they still had the engraving by the screen just because it looked perfect.

I finally was able to get in for my one set of xrays. But when I went to the Dr office for programming of my neurostimulator I showed them pics of my back we took since they didn't believe I was getting bubbles under my skin where the surgery was. Now I have to get a CT scan and to leave my unit off till they can figure whats wrong.

That doesn't sound good. :( Does that mean you have no pain relief until after that??
