I was talking about the part of the BVC that has the holes in it, I pry them off and put the old style ones on instead, it is fairly easy to do. I screw them on a old protank base, and put a piece of rubber around it and pry them off, and switch them. I call them a cap, for lack of a better word. :)

Wow.

You really DO like them a lot more....

HUGE shout out for Discount Vapers. Having said that, I'm still available for fasttech Aspire purchase lessons (for anyone who'd like).

AGREED!!!!!

I just read up a bit on the bitcoin site, I don't think that is something I would want to do. I think I would rather try to get approved at discount vapers.

Think this goes to show that even companies like aspire that was always more for the mtl crowd are starting to cater more towards the cloudy crowd which I am in-between both. I think as an industry we focus way to much on the current vapors and need more focus on devices and coils and higher nic liquids for converting smoker. That is why I was pleased to see the success of the juul, von erl my, mycync and the new wismec. People focused to much on low nic juices and high powered devices and I blame part of that for reason we have a negative outlook from the majority of society.

HB - that's a Radius? It's a lot thinner than I thought they were.

It sure is!
Not to promote another vendor here, but I think BBox knows it's under no threat from Provape, and vice versa. They are 2/3 of the cream of the crop, when it comes to American vaping. ZEN is the other 1/3.

The Radius is much lighter than I thought.
It's also not as wide, deep, or tall as I thought.
It's as tall as my P3 in 18350 mode.
It's about 1 & 3/4 the width and depth of a Provari tube.

In short, I am EXTREMELY pleased with it joining my family. There will be another coming home at some point.
Absolutely AWESOME device.

Five years (just about) and still loving my 15-18mg juices, and 8-11 watts of power. 4.2v on my many Provi v2.5's, for the "elderlies" in the group.

Hmmmm...... it's the width that surprises me. Having thoughts - we'll see....

Thanks, HB!

And yes - I see no conflict between the devices, which is why I too will "cross-mention". ;-)

I had a provari 1.5 and used that for a while when the kanger protank 2 came out. I just don't like and prebuilt coils other than some of the newer ceramic ones but 70w is way too much. I currenty run my Narda at 26w with the starplat chip And unless I am in TC mode that is the highest I have used in a long time. I was a cloud chaser a couple years ago when the nimbus came out lol but I have graduated to flavor but is still like a lung full of vapor. [emoji14]

Wow.

You really DO like them a lot more....

Yeah back when I got my first batch of the new coils, I did not like it from the start, they started leaking right away. I took it out and pulled one apart, and found all I had to do was put the old caps on them and no more leaks. I have been reusing the same caps over and over again for months. I would still like to rebuild the coils, exactly the way that Aspire builds them, but I always end up mangling the coil when I try to install them, I don't know what kind of cotton they use but it has been compressed into a very densely packed cotton ring around the coil, so i just switch the caps. :|

Thank you, Kas. I just wasn't quite sure what you meant.

I call them cases. I've never tried switching them, but that's a great idea.

As for leaking in the B Box, DPL have come to agree that it's almost a totally RANDOM situation, with no rhyme or reason. The same coil, same liquid, same power settings causes a bit of a clean up sometimes, and not others.

Go figure.

Yes, being as Bitcoin secondary vendors and banks were hacked last week, with no recourse for bitcoin owners, it's not looking very good in that regard.
I just purchased a FT "Gift card" , delivered it to myself and then used it for the Aspire purchase, not a huge ordeal, but the identity/age verification process could get old if required to do it every time

The other thing you can do is buy something (not aspire) for the same price, pay with PayPal and then immediately cancel and get a gift card issued. Then use that for your purchase. Same process.

The ZNA (lite or original) is next on my list to add to the stable, though the Radius looks like it could be a strong contender. Since I just scored a Kabuki, I'm also drawn to a P3 though... choices choices

I find getting the gift certs to be my easiest option rather than buying and cancelling.

I have never used, nor would I, Bit Coins.

Okay now I have to ask, how do you buy a gift certificate on the site? :?: I just logged in at the site. I saw where I could use them if I had one, but could not figure out how to just buy one.

In your account on the left side there is a list of options. In the settings subheading under rebate points there is gift certificates and buy gift certificates

The option to buy them is not there, it just says gift certificates under rebate points, so am I understanding, that you have to collect the points before you can get the certificates, is that right?

    KAS

Kat it might come to that but not yet. :)
