Anybody know of other positive pins for the uno to help tighten up the draw. Used the biggest o ring that it came with but still seems pretty airy

CLR, 1.0ohm coil. The gasket and pin both fit perfectly. Make sure you get the 1.0ohm coil which had a smaller hole than the 0.5ohm coil.

Does anyone have any idea on replacing the Borro tank gasket? I had a leak a few weeks back...turns out the upper right corner was not in good order. Gasket removed and not wanting to seat properly...couldn't find any videos or anything. Thanks in advance.

Only having experience removing and reseating the Rev3 gasket, I can tell you that it's a pain.

I took a small flat head screwdriver and just lightly pressed it back into the channel, making sure to put a few drops of liquid on it...then, I slowly pushed the glass back into place, making sure to lube the top edge of the gasket before the glass slid all the way up.

It's also important (especially on the Rev4) to make sure the glass is FACE UP.

The Rev3 glass is hard to mistake, because it has that little tab, but the Rev4 glass appears symmetrical...except that the bottom face has a bevel along the top edge to allow the glass to slide over the top edge of the gasket.

I've seen may people say that having the glass "face up" is the most important part, since it will help seat the gasket back into place.

Thanks. I guess I will have to get out my extra strength reading glasses and give it another go.

Thanks, Krisma and Kable!

Kable, ours are sisters, then! Or bros, then! Or sister and brother! (I was also on the first pre-order.) :D

Hah! Billet Box siblings, I love it. Man, the wait for that pre-order was brutal. It was awesome being an early adopter, though. There was nothing remotely like it at the time. Four years later and it's still an outstanding piece of vape gear.

Yours is in great shape. Mine doesn't look quite so nice anymore. I don't remember the day mine came, but I did the pre-order in December 2012.

At that time I had just been introduced to my first Cigalike. I had never even heard of a billet box before, and I did not discover ECF until June of 2013. I wish I had been around back then, I do remember discovering, The billet box thread after I joined ECF, but I did not score my first BB until about one year later. :|

I was rocking the new vamos with carto tanks at the time, after about a year of crappy cigalikes and ego-type devices. I think I got a provari while I was waiting for the BB to come. It was an exciting time to be getting into vaping. </nostalgia>

I am not sure exactly when exactly in 2013, but I remember reading people arguing, about if the provari was worth the cash or not. Threads were getting deleted, people getting banned etc, so I ordered a provari, just to see what the fuss was all about. I think it was in August when I got it, I loved it, still do. I had never heard of a F5 battle back then, once I got quite a few provari's. I started getting interested in the BB. :)

Yeah, variable wattage was becoming all the rage, and some people were suggesting that the provari wasn't worth the price without it. It seemed most of the naysayers were people who hadn't actually tried one, so I gave it a shot. The build quality and the smoothness of the signal (and consequently the vape) were far superior to any other mass produced devices at the time.

Oh brutal, it was! I ordered...... hmmm...... let's see...... Dec. 21, 2012, and the baby arrived on March 14, 2013. THAT was a LONG wait! Worth every second, tho.

Mine, my precious Rev 1.1, is now museum quality and resting beautifully at the center of the stand of mods. She's so beautiful, even when she's sleeping.

"Nostalgia"...... I've got a lot of that lately.

Le sigh. <smile>

I guess you never got into Trippy Tips then, did you, Kas. THOSE were outright WARS! So were the JonBoy tanks. And the Reo sales, too!

Krazy times we've lived.

Yeah, I don't have any Trippy Tips, I do have some of his plasma tanks for the kayfun lite tanks. The only F5 things I have been in through, were a Billet box flipper that I lost at, and then a REO woodvil sale that happened right after that, that I got 4 of them at. Then about 7 months later, I scored a BB flipper, that he held off on selling in the earlier batch.

Say WHAT??? Oh really!....... LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you, DPL.

But you DID forget that, interestingly enough, we received our Rev4s on this exact same date in 2016. They're one year old today.

You've got a BB thing for Pi, it appears.
