Anyone know of any other integrated drip tips other than the Ohman, JMK or Skyhold hybrids? Been searching for a small, simple brass tip for what seems like ages now without luck. The JMKs while nice are too tall... Bret's stuff is Titanium... and Skyholds look super wide and all "rounded off". If anyone has any recommendations i'm in the market.

Also - Cant find any details on what machine screws the Exocet takes.... size/thread etc. If anyone knows off the top of their head.

Quick pic for the trouble.

No clue on the drip tips...I just grab a random one from my collection and vape away...

But those panels on your BBox...[emoji848][emoji848][emoji848]

Where did they come from?

Panels are Earth Brown G10 in the classic 1911 diamond pistol grip pattern from Conor Mums. The nicest G10 panels i've come across. He does a bunch of designs.

Oh - if anyone's interested... sources have told me the Exocet takes a M2 x 3mm screw FWIW.

I took my new rev 4 to work with me today with my rev 3, and I noticed that there was a noticeable different in taste. I had them set up exactly the same, same bridge, same coil and same juice. I just figured out why. It is the air flow, on the rev 3, the air flow is just slight more restricted then on the rev 4. I really did not think the it would make that much difference, but it does. :?:

Less air = more flavor has been my experience in most devices.

I'm running the exocet with KF5 reducer and airflow on the exocet barely open at all. Great flavor.

For me the most of the things I use, have some sort of air flow control. the rev 3 with the Aspire BVC bridge was perfect. I never needed to adjust anything, it just surprised me I guess. :|

More air = moar wattz

When the Kayfun 4 came out, it was the airiest atomizer I'd ever used.

The extra air overpowered my builds, and I would get muted flavor, and disappointing performance.

Now that I have a complete understanding of this device, I've adjusted my build and power output accordingly (moving from 10 watts up to 25 watts) and it shines!

How does this relate to your journey?
Well, you may need to dial up the watts!

Go slowly, maybe 0.5 watt at a time, but in my experience, more heat will help balance out the extra flow of air, and you'll find your sweet spot again!

I still have my Kayfun 4 and to be honest I just did not like it, it had too many parts, the juice control was a PIA, the last time I had it out I had to use pliers to get it apart, and scratched it up.:glare: I might try it again at some point, but I am stubborn about my coils everything I vape has a 2.0 to 2.2 ohm coil in it. I am not going to change that, I may try your suggestion, but I also an going to just try the 0-ring on the pin thing. I know I have some from my uno that should fit.:|

I have never hated anything quite as much as I hated the KF4. I'd throw it at someone I didn't like, but I don't want to litter the road with it.

I've often wondered if they were they trying to top 8-Track tapes & players ("SERIOUSLY, people????") as the greatest joke ever played on the American public. If so, they're mighty close.

I tried to get used to it, but with the juice control, and the lame air control, was it for me. I did not have issues with the spring that others did, so by the time they came out with the gold plated spring, I had all ready given up on it. I don't remember how much I spent on everything for it, but I am sure it was more than $200.00.

I ended up just putting some tape over the rev 4's holes to reduce the airy draw, works fine. The 0-rings I had would not work, I just did not have the right size. The flavor is improved, but I think the flavor I get from my Rev 3 A is still slightly better. It is nice having a longer battery life and the digital display. :)

After much experimentation and deliberation, I came to the same conclusion. The Rev3's are simply extraordinary devices (from base to tip), and I'm sitting on mine like they're gold.

I like the 4s, I love the 3s.

Matters of taste, all.

Is it simply airflow @DPLongo22 or is the boro different or what... Any idea?

Not at all. The chip is extraordinary, and VERY tough to kill (unlike the DNAs of which I love and have many). They're smooth as silk (flat line, mech), and I've always seen them as almost works of art. Plus, I prefer the button on that side because of the way I prefer to vape.

I also like that they're smaller and lighter.

Can't knock the 4s, especially at the pace they're selling, but my personal preference is definitely for the 3.
