Soooo....
With the AFC just on and wide open, the draw is tighter. Closing it down it gets TIGHT. I mean tight...at 24w it was very hot and I had to work hard for a DL draw.

Another note: flavor is better ( considering all these tiny chamber atties) than the Insider. Not by much as say a TM2 vs. a Nar, but the 90 degree airflow really makes my custards shine.

Heck, 90 minutes into today's release and there is still inventory available.....

Time for BB to look at custom plates and accessories to dress up our BB's and keep the people wanting to come back to their site for more stuff. I'd love to mix and match.

Some photos. Coil half over air channel. Air -direction shelf. And closed before final cut. So far I've not had a single dry or almost dry hit. Excess juice that gets past the vacuum and cotton sits behind the coil and cotton and re-integrates.

So that's some kind of air directing shelf thingy built into the upper chimney...?

Yes. Up and over.

More precisely up and into. The coil does not in fact need to be over the air channel. It is in the line of fire by default. My 3mm micro seems eerily small considering you could run a Clapton-alien-hyzer-rotary-methinjected-nano-plasma* coil at 4mm or bigger perhaps. Genius design really. Just sucks stuck with micro hex grub traps...IMHO of course.

Hi All -

Does anyone have a pictorial or a step by step set of instructions for installing the Comfort Bridge (the one for the Nautilus Mini Coils)?

This thing is giving me complete fits!

Thanks so much!

Hey Kh.

Yeah - it's a big step down from the original. Unfortunately, I didn't detect any great advantages either. BUT, to your question...

  • Remove the glass
  • Insert the coil into the base from
  • Insert that piece through the inside of the tank, so you're trying to push it down into the bottom hole
  • Use either the top piece, or a Battler, to then push it down into position
  • Insert top piece as normal
  • Replace glass
  • Fill 'er up
  • Stop swearing
  • Tell the kids it's safe to come back inside the house
  • Hope you don't have to do it again for awhile
  • When the coil goes, sell the stupid thing and go back to the original (and still the best, IMO)
:nun: :D

I kid. It's "OK".

How many ways can I say I love you!!!

Quick question...I thought the Top piece needed to be screwed down onto the top part of the coil, no? If it can just be pushed, my life got easier.

And, I agree....the original more than satisfies me. However, my better half gets a wild hair for lower ohms and more watts. The .7 ohm coil fits that bill.

Thank you!

I found it works pretty good, and is easy to install per DP's instructions, I do prefer the Racing Bridge and the rebuildable deck tho.
What is the original you refer to @DPLongo22 ?

The one that changed the BB game, so many moons ago (thank you, DG & Atmistique!).

I used a needlenose to tighten 'er up, post install.

And my pleasure. :)

Hey there old friend!

The Nautilus Bridge can be a pain in the rear end, but I've found EASY success this way:

1. Put bottom collar on the coil

2. Put that assembly into the open and empty Boro

Took awhile to find this video on the Internet again (BTW: There is one video that DD had on the BB Website that I think was more detailed and much better is no longer available there :( maybe someone has a copy/link that can post it here ;) ) . . . Hopefully, this video will be a visual help - start watching @ 2:50 minute mark until 3:31 then again @ 4:30 to ? . . . :D
