Here's a little commercial on a bottled Iced Tea that is the best Iced Tea since my Grandmother died.(She made the best)
It's called Gold Peak.It comes in all different combinations like with lemon or diet. I drink the Sweet Tea.
It is to die for. I maybe switching Pepsi out as my fave drink.(probably not)
It's made by Coco Cola (Don't let that stop you.) The water they use is pure silk. It's so smooth and the Sweet Tea
is perfect not too sugary. Not a lot of places carry it yet but when it comes to a store near you.Try it.

Morning all! I'm too tired to quote everyone....coffee

Poor Victor, I'm so glad he is okay! One day last fall we couldn't find Lace anywhere. She had gotten her head stuck up inside the tomato cage!!! Its funny now, but she sure scared the heck out of us. She didn't make a peep because she was so scared and that is why we could not find her - it was dark outside. She was just standing there like she had a cone around her neck :(

Its okay V that the order is already done, I can mix down the 24 with the 12 to equal something (????) if its too strong.

Good news, my ultra sound came back as normal this time! woot woot! The first ultra sound was what made me investigate vaping and start vaping, I need to remember that :)

Having them wasn't a problem. I carried a full pack in my truck for 3 months until I gave it away at a party. But I couldn't do one or two or a few a day. Its all or nothing. When I had tried to quit with the patch and failed, I didn't go buy a pack, I bought a carton!

I always bought by the carton (except when specials meant buying multiple two-pack specials where you ended up with 10 or more packs was cheaper) and I averaged 1 or more packs a day for 25+ years. I too could not completely quit when I had a pack in the house, but it helped overcome the severe cravings as I adjusted to vaping... I set goals for how many cigarettes I would allow myself each day, and attempt to hold myself to that for 1 to 2 weeks. Then I would lower the number of cigarettes I would allow myself per day for the next two weeks, etc.

Please keep in mind, that when I began vaping I was smoking between 20 and 30 cigarettes most days. When I started vaping I was able to move down to 6 or so per day without too many problems... still allowed morning cigarette, cigarettes at meals, evening cigarette, and a couple here and there. When I forced myself down to 3 it got harder, vaping 24mg nic would not give me the rush, but it would ease the cravings.

I stayed on 2 cigarettes per day for several months before I could force myself down to 1 per day (morning). During that time if I had carried my cigarettes with me I would have cheated... instead I left them at the house. I hated "bumming" cigarettes so it would have had to be a REAL emergency to do that, and I can only think of once or twice that I did so in that time. Not carrying them with me allowed me to maintain that for the last two months of quitting. If I had had them on me or in my car I would have cheated!

Quite frankly, there are still times I crave a cigarette, and I suspect I always will. Unlike some here, I have no issues with being around smokers or smelling smoke (I have all my life since both of my parents smoke...although my mom is shifting to primarily vaping) and I still occasionally will smoke a hookah. If i were unable to vape (think FDA destroys things...) then I would likely go back to smoking within days of my juice stockpiles running out. With all of that being said though, there is no way I could have stopped without vaping, and to be blunt... I suspect that I simply am unwilling to do without nicotine. I believe that nicotine (much like caffeine) is certainly not "good" for you, but from my personal experience I seem to be experiencing quite noticeable health benefits from switching to vaping rather than smoking. :D

My extremely long-winded :2c:

Hope it helps Janie!!! (((())))

JustPeachy good to see you.Been awhile.

Thanks! I'm around, try to pop in every day, but sometimes don't have time to post. I am easily distracted, too. hahaha. Still killng atty's with my 6 v experiments, and trying to use up some ollllllllllld juice. Some of it I bought way back when I first started, and it's interesting how my taste in juices has changed over time. At one point I would only use coffee and tobacco flavored.

re smoking and health - my health improved so much my doctors were baffled - "how did that change so fast?" was the most common comment. It's the smoke that damages your innards, not the nicotine. The smoke causes free radicals and inflammation... and I can breathe!! I can climb stairs. The nicotine does about the same thing as caffeine, and once you're safely off cigarettes, you can cut back on the nicotine gradually, even mix different strengths to get an in-between strength. Don't go by the strength of the patches or the time-table they give, everyone is different. Just keep some 24 mg around so if you get the urge to smoke, you can switch to it fast. It works. I'm well into my 4th year without a single analog.

I really thought I'd be on oxygen, trying to figure out how to smoke without blowing myself up. Here I am at 4 years, analog free.

If you mix 12 and 24 equally, it will mix to an 18. From what I understand (and someone can correct me if Im wrong) there isnt anything fancy about the numbers. Just straight forward averages.

That is good news. It took open heart surgery and several post op complications and two near death experiences (they had to defib him on two seperate occasions) for my FiL to put down the nasties.

You will never get my car. The mustang is going to be the basis of my funeral pyre.
I figured that would be your answer. But I wasnt asking for it. Just reminding you I still want it. :D

What Sallie said! That car is awesome!
Yes. Yes it is. And I dont care for Mustangs. But I want hers. I'd take yours too if I had the chance.

4 years! That is just awesome! I'm closing in on 2 and am amazed at how well I breathe now. And the smells! Some fabulous, some not so much.

Hi! Welcome to Copper Creek, so glad you are here.

I agree, At the beginning I was trying so hard to find something that tasted like my cigs. Once I realized that they actually tasted horrid I was much happier.
Congratulations for the 4 year mark!!! Well done!!!
