    Sometimes, to come out AHEAD you need to do what is RIGHT.

    You need to have a rewards/penalty program. Reward customers that dont complain or have legit complaints, and everyone else can...well...I wont say it... But you know what I mean.

    The only problem with threads like that is that vendors are not allowed to post in them.
    We have customers that hate the glass bottles and request plastic, and we also ship overseas orders in plastic as the glass rarely survive customs.

    Oh well... I would call someone... but there are only 2 problems with that...

    1. The nearest help would have to be... "at least 25 miles away"!!! :lol: and...
    2. If you were ever convicted then we could not get our juice. Sorry Mr. V... looks like you are on your own out there! ;)
