Sadly, due to the amount of damaged shipments, we are now shipping in boxes. This has forced us to raise the shipping rate. It is now $3.95 for first class shipping. We had asked many customers if we should continue with the glass bottles, or go back to plastic, and it overwhelming for the glass. I do apologize for having to increase the shipping rates.
When the shipping rates increased a while back, I told you then you shouldve increased. I hate to see it, but its still worth it!!!!
Thanks James, we've been absorbing the difference since the rate increases, but it's just too much with the heavier shipments.
Perfectly understandable FV! You are the only supplier I know that routinely ships the nicer (and heavier) 30ml glass bottles instead of plastic. Also, even at the new rates, that price is a bargain compared to many others. How could any reasonable person complain about that? 
If too many people complain, you could stop using the glass too. Personally, I like the glass and dont mind paying the difference.

Well..
I'm not complaining about the bottles, they're nice. I'm also not complaining about your shipping prices. I think even at $3.95 it's reasonable.
But...
I preferred the plastic bottles. Why you ask? Because I am a klutz. I envision one day spilling an entire 30ml all over myself because I am a klutz. I've been trying to think of a fool proof way to prevent that from happening. If anyone has any tips, let me know. It hasn't happened yet, but it's bound to. Why you ask? Because I am a klutz.
One thing that is overwhelmingly in favor of the glass bottles is that they're colored and so I don't feel like I have to worry about getting them back in my vape box right away or risk exposure to light. 
Sallie, we still have plastic bottles. If you would like them instead, just leave me a note in the comments part. I have no help for the klutz part as I am a member of that club too.

As soon as you get it, transfer the liquid to a 30ml plastic bottle. While not absolutely foolproof, it would lower your interaction with the glass ones!

I submitted a coupon code to ecf's master list. It is ecf5 5% off everything, all the time.
I agree with the others, totally understandable and still a bargain!! And I have to tell you I love the glass bottles!! I've been transferring all my juice to glass when I get it, and now I don't have to do that!
