hi all.
cut 1 or 2 cotton buds to the same length as your cart, put them in cotton end down so you have a little of the straw pointing up towards the atty, good air flow and the cotton holds the liquid well.

That's what we call them in Aus at least.

Where did you crazy yanks come up with the name "Q-tip"??

Q-Tip is a brand name over here.It is one of the largest sellers and that is why it's become a generic term for them.

And the atomizer won't burn the straw?
And why not the other way around, the cotton touching the atomizer and a little space (reservoir) behind it, with the straw as spacer? Will the cotton burn?

I thought cotton was an absolute no-go? But then again, is that stuff on a Q-tip really cotton?

This is to use the PLASTIC portion cheap Q-tips straw portion only! You don't use the cotton end! Also paper q-tips/buds won't work either!

The pink or blue plastic portion is cut and then used instead of a coffee stir straw or bar straw. The extending straw that fits in various brands of canned air works also.

It seems to me that boxerdog is using the cotton also... "cotton end", "the cotton holds the liquid well."
That is why I made the previous questions about the burning cotton/straw.
