This is so odd. I now have no idea what color my D'win is. I thought it was black, but it could be gunmetal, or deep dark gray, or it could be clouded dark blue or charcoal, but it's definitely not fuscia.

And I have never seen a "W" on mine. I think that stands for Wine, no?

You are not alone. We can be confused together :toast:

It's a little drop-in thing that works with 18650 mods to give you regulated wattage. Go to the 36 minute mark on this video and they talk about it http://www.vapourtrails.tv/?p=2265. I just don't like the "Darwin on a disc" term they use  It's limited to 10 watts though.

Best way I could find to describe it - and at 10 watts, it's more than man enough for most folks, unless you're really into blisteringly hot vapour. Expect more footage real soon - maybe even Thursday this week, failing which next week - a real, live Kick in action...

Sounds good to me and 10 watts is definately enough for me most of the time :D Can't wait to see more about this.

Hi Drew!! Thanks for the kind words - and enjoy video editing - I spend a lot of time doing it, and it can be very fulfilling, if frustrating at times....

Well, a week thursday I'll be doing the full bifta on the Kick on the show - it's a game changer for tube users - and there'll be more to come!! Exciting times! - and I'll drop by more often!!

For any who still think tanks don't go on Darwins... Photos were a bit rushed with the adapters, as this just now arrived, but they get the point across!

Oh, and BTW, the Empire and SB mentions are here cuz I know SOMETHING will soon be going INSIDE these devices - not quite sure what that "SOMETHING" is but I've heard "rumors" :p

For the Empire I'll probably lose the 901 to 510 adapter and just use Boge 808 cartos in the tank. That way the tank will sit directly on top of the PV.

Still waiting on a custom etched Black Chrome SB - I suspect this tank will look AMAZING on that (Especially with a little EXTRA somn-somn INSIDE)!!!

Fellow Darwinians I have to give props to Cuseguy and the new S/S VPX carto tanks. OMG these things are nice. The polished S/S looks awesome and the whole unit is well built. I have tried various cartos in these bad boys without any leaks and they all fit great including Fusions. Just my 2 cents but I think they are worth every penny in my book and look great too. These tanks are also helping my Vari get some much needed attention!!! Anyway if any of the family Darwin is looking for a tank they are a nice classy addition to the arsenal.

Does anyone out there know of a screw-on drip cup that can be attached to the Darwin? I know it would spill when turned off, but it would be nice to keep the juice out of the unit when the arm is up. Sometimes I set it on my desk with the arm up and when I go back to vape on it there is a puddle there. Aaargh, I hate wasting good juice.
