Hey Drew, any idea of an ETA on the release of the Kick. I must have one!!!!

I will start making anouncements as soon as I have a little more info. Iwill tell you that we are in the final Engineering Protoype phase and we are simply ironing out a couple details. I can say that they are amazing little devices, based on what I have seen and used so far. I had three of them that I had to send back for a programing update and had one that I used for a little while before that. I am thinking about starting a new thread soon so it can get some trackable discusion in one spot. Thanks Pete,
Drew

Maybe someday I'll get a second Darwin. I'll probably get antsy about it when mine is out of warranty, but that's still a long way off. I've been weeding out my PVs I don't use much already, but I still have "backups for the backups" and am just getting into modding and building my own, so while another Darwin would be nice I'm going to have to restrain myself for a while. Who knows, by then maybe there'll be a new version with improvements (though I honestly can't think of many ways to improve a Darwin) ;-)

Does anyone out there know of a screw-on drip cup that can be attached to the Darwin? I know it would spill when turned off, but it would be nice to keep the juice out of the unit when the arm is up. Sometimes I set it on my desk with the arm up and when I go back to vape on it there is a puddle there. Aaargh, I hate wasting good juice.

Instead, I would suggest a drip shield. Here is my Darwin with the drip shield from avid vaper:

Arm closes and juice doesn't come out unless I turn it upside down.

Thanks Kat,
I just went to the link for the survey and it says its closed...Is it just me or is it really closed already? I found a link somewhere the other day to post a comment directly on the DOT site...I posted one but havent been able to find if it was posted or not. They moderate all comments before they post them...I will go look around again and see if I can find the link...Thanksagain,
Drew

And an ENORMOUS "quick reply" box. Guess you can now type out your life story here...

Drew, I just checked that link and yes, it says "closed", , , ?? Don't know what's up with that.

More ECF changes. Look at the icons on your toolbar. The all so familiar 'ecf' in white on a black background is gone. Now there is a "V" in white on a (uh oh) greyish blue background. The 4th one is this, our D'win thread.

I don't like it.

And WTH is this yellow "auto save" flash that just came across the bottom here...

Improvements?
