Hey guys, been a while since I posted here but I wanted to share this.
Love my Darwin like all you do, had the switch fail just under a year of ownership, sent it in and they fixed it free of charge.
Well a couple months after that the switch failed again in the same manner.
This time I decided to just have at it myself and see what I could come up with.
The switch they use is soldered directly to the board and the solder joints at the board are what fails, so I just soldered some wires to the board and ran them out to the switch hole and found a little micro switch that fits in the area the regular switch would be.
It is working well so far, I can easily replace it, and there is no longer direct force being applied to the solder joints on the main board.
Im happy to be using my darwin again!
