Is the display light suppose to stay on or off when the handle is down in the off position. Darwinuser says its suppose to go off.
Could you let me know.

I thought so. Did you have the engraved steel version at one point? I would love to get my hands on one of them. I know Mutt said they were heavy and bulky, but that he didn't mind them as much as other people did. I think they looked cool.

It wasn't steel, it was aluminum. And no, mine was plain (except for the camo duct tape!). Mutt was the one who had the one engraved with the ginormous EVOLV. I think that one is back with Brandon.

Well, I don't have my beta unit anymore. It was given away as a raffle prize at the Atlanta vaper's meet. I just have a regular production model now, and one more on the way.

It was quite stylish, and had a good grip to it. I can't bring myself to camo up my black one, though.

Thanks, cuse! Two weeks seems like a long time, lol. I just got my first mod, a ggtb, a few wks ago (other than a homemade box) and its nice, but just lacking some of what the Darwin offers!

Hmmmm, I turned the wattage down to 8.5 on my 306 and I still get like 3.6V on it. Curious and Curiouser, having fun playing with this. But I guess I will need to get in touch with Evol or Drew regarding why my screen light doesn't turn off when its in the down position.
