A 4.2 ohm atty is perfect for Darwin.

By the way, for those worried about the issue I mentioned the shorting out because of the tiny space between the center pin and the threads on the Darwin...... The simple solution is to use the 510 to 510 adapter that you got with your Darwin. That adapter has a very tiny center post and eliminates the problem of atties or cartos that have a center post that is off center.

I have already started doing just that.
One of my Darwins has a slight off set pin in it so I decide it was best to always use the adapter with it.
Agree with CG too about the screen shutting off thing.

Another + to use the 510/510 adapter is that you won't cross thread the Darwin if you are screwing the atty/carto onto the adapter....

Have some 4.5 ohm atty's I use on a VV mod that I will have to try on the Darwin....they are great on the VV mod so I expect good things.....

OH
Need more time. I type slooow.....ordered 1 oz. of bnb and 4 oz of bnb doubler (cheaper that way) so I can pass some 30ml bottles to some vape buddies here...

That's the same thing I did. I had bought a bottle of nic juice so I just needed the doublers. I only bought the 2oz...4oz bottles from now on!

Oh, by the way. is the bnb good right out of the mailbox or does it need to "steep" a little?

WOO HOO!!!
Delivery day here. 4 orders from last week all delivered on the same day (at least to me;))
I put the gooseneck on immediately. But now to decide which carto/atty to start with. I got some 808 cartos from IkenVape that everyone seems to rave about, as well as some 801 atties. Some 801 mega cartos and the new jumbo 3.5ml 510s from Nhaler.

Any suggestions?

Maybe by the time I catch up reading the thread (I'm 5 pages back), someone will point me where to start;)

...as i feel bad for them having to send so many back out

I wonder what the percentage of them with problem is? We mainly hear about those being sent back, which from my recollection is maybe a dozen or two that I've heard about. But how many have been sold? I know this was asked at least once. It would be interesting to know how many were in each batch that sold out in minutes.

I'm using a 510 adapter to protect the brass threads, into a TTT Gooseneck, into a BE112 (or a Joye 302/same thing but airier), topped off with a SS tip from PS. All the juices are because I'm still poking around a bit, looking for a couple more All Day Vapes to add to my kit. I like being able to put a favorite away for a while and come back to it later. Feeling pretty spoiled with all these atty's and juices to play with... and a Darwin in hand. What I've noticed, now that I've had it a while, is that it takes all the work and worry out of vaping. I haven't popped a single atty since I've had it and my thumb knows just how far to tweak the adjustment to warm it up, or cool it down. Now the only thing left to do is to find a solid stable of juices and relax. Hats off to E-Volve to making them and to Drew for recognizing a good thing when he saw it.

So far, CG, the cartos hold a ton of juice, check! Wish I had a drip tip that would fit them, not a huge whistle tip gal. Curious to try his dripper ones though. Vapor, so far very pleased as far as cartos go. Flavor...I'm using my TV banana nut bread. Now, not every flavor tastes all that great in a carto, at least to me. This one is giving off a slight off taste. Should have filled it with my ry4, that probably would have been better. So, I'll vape some of this out and refill with that. I let it sit for, oh, about 45 min.s. I'll give an update later.

As you noticed, I have a few bottles of TV. It's been my experience that these don't vape well from cartos. But, they are great dripped on an atty. I would dare to speculate that it is the sweetner that Geoff uses that makes a difference? I only have TV desert type juices. But, all five of them are that way. They are all awesome dripped onto a bridge though. I have tried the whole range of wattages and just can't get the same taste from TV in a carto. Have you tried any TV juices from something with a CE2 in it yet? Just curious if those taste like an atty. or a carto with them.

I can answer this one. I have several CE2 Options including map tanks. I was having a really hard time getting my Maps to wick fast enough. The TV juices were the first I found in my arsenal that not only wick well (at 70%PG 30% VG) but taste fantastic. They even do well in CE2 XL cartos.
