We so have to! And, me too. I consider us as the new normal so it is odd that I see so few vapers out and about.

That is a guarantee! It will happen for sure. We vaped to all of our pals here and even though we only had two of us we made a cloud big enough to account for all of us! Here is hoping the next meet can be scheduled quickly!!!!

Well, bought a Darwin on the classifieds last week from Landlord...looking forward to comparing it directly with the ProVari.

Both devices have some qualities that I like quite a bit and both have some things I see as short comings. If I could combine the two, I think it would be the perfect item for me. There's really one key factor to each that I wish the other had, either a jog wheel on the ProVari, or user changeable batteries on the Darwin. Should be fun playing with both when they arrive.

Can't wait, Ski!

Hard to fairly put two devices head to head since each modder adds a twist to make theirs worthy of our dollars. Just as a for instance, the Darwin varies voltage based on the pixie number selected and the ProVari provides atty ohm reading to aid user in manually selecting voltage. Amazing to have either device. A few months ago when I thought my njoy was the ish I never imagined a PV with a digital display. Gotta love the advances. Can't wait to read your comparison Bri!

Yes there are pros and cons to both, although the Darwin seems to win best in show, hands down from most of us who have had the joy of both.

I am pretty sure Brandon would consider "Embedded into a non-Darwinian forehead" as a warranty related issue and replace it for you. :)

As if there was any doubt about how good the Evolv warranty is on the Darwin, Kat from Evolv had this to say regarding the matter:

Dear Cuseguy:

Please let your fellow Darwinians know that EVOLV warranties the Darwin against any damaged inflicted on a Non Darwinian for any abuse or insult from said Non Darwinian that provokes a response from a Darwinian. This includes, but is not limited to removing a Darwin from the any orfice of the offending Non Darwinian.

Please let Kris know she is covered.

You guys are the best.

It was more fun watching Krisb hand the guy his .... He tried but each time he got crushed. He had stupid she had facts and actually stupid lost that battle. Still think it would have been nice to blast him in the head with the Darwin :) but she certainly did not need my helping shutting that bozo up. Nice to know at the next meet that the warranty would cover any anger management issues I may have. I wonder if it has a bail expense clause too????

Okay, day two traveling about with the Big Gulp and I gotta give this a

Loaded it with Fire & Ice about 3 hours ago and just thought to add some drops though the flavor wasn't gone. Maybe that whistle tip is a good idea after all because the menthol would've blown my sinus cavity with an open...er...opening. As it was, cranked up to 10.+ pixies the menthol reached that state where its like a chest rub so, no problem carrying flavor between 7.5 and 10.something and I haven't come close to burning this thing. After about an hour and a half break-in vapor production was good.

This fill is rolled, like a roll of toilet paper, and isn't the airy stuff of the 510 or 801 megas. I don't have enough of these to waste and tedious exploration is the opposite of what a lazy vaper is about anyway but I like it and can bear the draw, which has a very low level crackling that's more like static. I love the 510 and 801 cartos because their fill doesn't compact but they can crackle as they get to the need-a-refill point every hour or so.

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

Ok, someone please send me a (brand new, of course) ProVari so I can make an intelligent comment here. ;)

Well when you catch a flight out for the next meet you can hit either mine or CG's. I still hit mine daily with a MAP tank on it. The Vari is a great PV but not really travel friendly for out and about like a Darwin or Reo Mini.

Like button is new but I am not sure what it gets us other than a PM saying someone liked the comment and a listing of liked comments at the top of each page.

As for the Reo Drew summed it up nicely. The thing is awesome when driving. A quick push on the bottle and vape away. I really like mine with a Cisco LR 1.5 ohm 306 on it. Krisb tried it last night and I would bet she will be in the market for one soon. A simple unit but well made and looks great. I have not tried a grand but 14500 batts are no problem to have extras on hand and the small size of the mini means it is easily pocketed. That makes for a good out and about unit in my book.

I think I saved myself from a massive sunburn by running out of juice while hanging out at the wave pool. While coming to my room to refill, I realized a little SPF 30 was in order! I went to Moorea Beach Club after that, which is adult only and $40 entry and the crowd was thoroughly enamored with the Darwin. I am not usually too freaked out by sharing a vape, but with the pure number of people wanting to try, I decided to buy a shot of SoCo 100 to sterilize my driptip between vapers! All told, 7 people, 6 completely first-timer vapers tried the Darwin. Needless to say, that carto sat in the SoCo upon completion...lol
I actually didn't even bother bringing my ProVari for this trip. The batteries and the charger are just too much to deal with. I bring my GLV Super Mini with one extra battery for catastrophic backup but thats about all

That number would be around 150 per pool...estimate.. Overall, I am guessing...girls to guys was comparable to my preferred eliquid ratio of 60:40. Amazing how tan they get here by April....lol
