My Darwin started to have issues, so I contacted Evolv earlier today... not only did they email me right back on a Saturday, they are sending me a replacement unit and advised me to keep the old one until the new one arrived so I won't have to go a single moment without my Darwin.
Considering I have no backup, this kindness floors me. I mean, how cool is that? Evolv, I think I might just love you a bit.
I haven't been on the forum for a while as things have been crazy over here, but I just had to pop on by to give Evolv much needed props. <3

).....as far as the your Darwin button being depressed...I've had a similar instance where I accidentally had my Darwin in a seat pocket with the arm closed and when I pulled it out to vape it wouldn't come on, however, I just reclosed the arm and reopened it and voila, it was working (kinda like rebooting it). On the other hand, it was not sitting like that for 15 hours. So I dunno if that helps since it sounds like your Darwin was officially "dead"
