The Darwin From Evolv!!!

This crud that's going around really is nasty. I am on day 5 myself. Went from a head full of concrete while nose and eyes at a constant flow, to now head is only full of oatmeal and tissue use is down to about 3 per hour. Huge improvement. First 3 days I went through 2 large tissue boxes per day. I am really hoping this means this crud is getting better and not just getting a second wind. I feel for you guys. I hope this all gets better fast for all of us.

Oh no...another Darwinian felled! I'm about to go take some Nyquil and hit the sack myself...want to keep some creeping symptoms in check. I'm vaping a menthol/mint combo I sure as heck wouldn't ordinarily because I can taste it and it really does cool my throat. Feel better everybody!

I haven't gotten sick but if you've noticed, I have kept my distance in the thread this week. The walls, floors and ceiling of our thread need a serious cleaning! I'll google thread disinfection and get someone in here asap! We must stop this Darwinian Plague!

Yeah, I definitely took one for the team on this one. I had just barely gotten over a pretty nasty sinus infection from last month when this crud came my way. When I got the sinus infection I bought 6 of the large 3-packs of tissue. I am so glad now that I did that. I am on my last 3 boxes now. I am seriously considering buying another 3 pack just in case. I don't get sick nearly as often since I quit smoking, but now when I do I think these colds are trying to make up for lost time. I feel a whole lot better today, but all of the nose blowing and eye wiping have made my whole face sore. At least today I can taste my juice again.

Ski, it's ok. I got sick twice, so I think you and I are on the same page. I would rather have blown a few attys than to be sick twice.

Well it’s been a few days since I got my Darwin other than listening to jokes about it looking like a breathalyzer, im beginning to like it more and more, ease of dialing in the carto to best hit possible. Also getting used to the feel and ergonomics haven’t tried any old juices to see if they make a difference or not in the flavor. now got some of the smoketech duels on order.

LOL! You are probably totally right on that one. I still wish I coulda blown a few attys instead of getting sick twice. Especially since I don't like attys. I am starting to see a pattern here. I don't often buy new flavors of juices. I tend to stick with the ones I know I like. Every time I do venture into a new flavor/vendor, I get sick just as the new juice arrives and can't taste it. I will have to put off buying any new flavors for a while and see if I can stay well.

WW! Evolv's customer service is second to NONE! I emailed Evolv today, not expecting a response until at least Monday, and received a response already(this is Saturday!). I dreaded emailing them in the first place. Figured I could deal with the small issue I had, but said small issue decided to rear it's ugly head and became more of a PITA. My Darwin still works, but has hiccups. Evolv offered to send me a replacement asap, but I'm not at the house right now, and I do not want Evolv paying for an overnight package unnecessarily.
I just had to share my most excellent experience w/y'all and with anybody who is on the fence about ordering a Darwin! No worries! Evolv backs up their promise and then some! Not to mention that I've been through a few mods before the Darwin and haven't been in 7th heaven until now.

Seems to be one of those weekends, Kat. I spent a couple hours working and if I had any sense I'd dedicate another couple to help smooth out the week ahead. Instead I'm gonna clutch my Darwin in one hand and the remote in the other and single-task until I fall asleep.

Wow! A single tasker! You may be one of a kind, SK! I'm pretty much doing the same. I did venture out today for the first time in exactly one week. Captured some veggies from the Farmers Market, some flowers then had a vape friend over. Then a pair of ducks came by to visit! We all spent a bit of time outside, barefoot (grounding, ya know?), talking to ducks.

Good morning all! My Darwin and I are doing just fine! Been vaping past week with mega carto (big gulp) and all is well. I've read that some have gone several weeks on same carto but mine seems to be getting gunked up (no, im not using dark juices). Other than that-I love this thing.

I'm holding off on purchasing a vapemate in anticipation of something else I've got going on in the land of "The Mod Squad".
