These are all commands, that you use in Linux and Unix (non-Windows operating systems). They are mildly funny. If you are a Linux/Unix person you use some or all of these commands a lot. In that case, they are *very* funny.

unzip
strip
touch
finger
grep
mount
fsck
more
yes
fsck
fsck
fsck
umount
sleep.

Well, my Darwin and assorted accessories shipped today. Usually it only takes about 7 days for mail from the states to get to me here.
Time to REALLY put this thing to the test: 120+F temps, dust, and sandstorms in what can only nicely be described as "austere" living conditions - a tiny 10' x 24' shack in the middle of the desert.

iball, welcome to the cult! er, I mean, we all hope you enjoy the Darwin. Where are you located? I think recent versions of Darwin are sealed to liquids, so you should be good on dust. Since there is an LCD screen, if you are using it out in serious dust, it may be scratchable. To preserve it a bit, perhaps get one of those "half sized" sandwich ziplocks. Poke the arm through it, and should still be good.

also one last thing. Mine does not always shut off when I close the arm. I emailed the owner (who was very nice) and he said the newer models will have to be closed more slowly or this might happen. I notice that I do not always get a click when opening or closing it. Do those of you who have the new ones experience the same things?

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

The Darwin

The price will be slightly higher (Now $245), but you will be able to use the "save5" coupon code. (-$12.25 off price= $232.75)

You will also recieve a new 510 to 510 extneder adapter that will be permanently attached to your device, carrying case and one of our Triple coil cartomizers, at no extra charge.
Are you selling your triple coil cartos yet?

I havent put them up yet....I did put some up with the Cartomator Tanks (Pre Drilled) yesterday , but I was really hoping for some feed back from people after some use. I gave them out with run of Darwins to see what people think.
I dont like them on regualr batteries, and really havent used them that long.
I hate selling them without testing them for a couple weeks or so. I did use one in a tank for a week and its working great on The Darwin, however The Darwin has power capabilities that are currently unmatched in the industry , so I dont want to judge them solely on that performance.
I have been "lurking" around checking reviews so I should maker a decision in the next couple days. I just hate releasing flawed products, as it requires too much damage control. Thanks
Drew

Drew... you da man!!

I think the 510-510 is a really good idea... will save a lot of threads on the Darwin arms.

I cant even imagine what the triple coil is like... the double coil is almost too much for me... that thing chokes me up, makes me cough.... but then again, that's a 1.6 ohm @ 6v... I was surprised it didn't just instantly pop... it actually vapes really well... awesome flavor, tonnnns of vapor, tonnnsss of throat hit... from a CARTO! I wont put one on my Darwin, it punishes the battery... draws close to 2.5-3 amps!!

Is there now a way to push more then 4.3 watts to each coil?

OMG!!!!! I went to go buy a Darwin and they are out!!!!!!! Anyone know when they will be getting more in?

LOL!
You must be new to the Darwin. They are out far more than they are in. Very much worth the wait. Email Drew at Nhaler, then he'll give you a heads up on when they will next be available.
