Just so long as I am not Master Debater dearest KD. Now for the new AVI. Could you find a PINK DT for that shot and then the image would be complete for me :) Or maybe a nice deep red lip shaped one. Be good and how is the DIY coming along for you?????

Only for you, Ski-ster.

The DIY is going along slowly. I'm still just getting my feet wet. I think I've got flavorphobia.

when i worked in a call center over the summer i would try to blow it out through my shirt and then it would just look like my shoulders and chest were smoking :p

My darwin seems to be broken. The arm that turns it on is not working properly. Has anyone had this problem? This is my new one only a month old. I was the guy who wrote about losing my other one while drinking.

I will send it in if i have to but was wondering if this has come up and if there is an easy fix. Im thinking its probably a mechanical problem with the magnet.

This has been posted but don't know if this is your issue or not. The newer internal electronic switch sometimes requires a slower close/open of the arm. Try opening and closing it a bit slower and see if that is the issue. If you still have issues then I'd suggest you use the "contact us" link on the Evolv web site. They will take good care of you.

I watched 2001 a space odyssey today, and I don't know why I never made the connection before. Isn't it interesting how the Darwin looks somewhat like the black monolith? The monolith in the movie is an alien device that jump starts (or more accurately turbo charges) the evolution process. And it's called the Darwin from Evolv.

So, from this I have formulated two competing hypotheses, 1: Brad and the gang from Evolv are big Stanley Kubrick fans, or 2: Brad and the gang from Evolv are actually part of a benevolent alien race trying to help the human race move forward to better vaping.

I'm leaning toward option 2.

I rarely fly, but tomorrow I'm heading out for the week and I was seriously torn as to which PV to bring with me. I thought about the SD since it's the most inexpensive to replace, even thought about the Infinity for much the same reasons (and I'd still have VV to keep me happy), but in the end I decided I don't want to be without my Darwin for a whole week! :p Not having to mess around with batts and a charger kinda helped that decision, too. And after all the posts about traveling with Darwins I feel pretty secure that I have nothing to worry about security-wise

I must say I did fret a bit when the trip was first scheduled, since I don't fly often and haven't since I started vaping, but not so much fretting now. I just wanted to say "thanks" to those who have eased my mind by sharing the painlessness of their travel experiences with PVs and the Darwin, in particular :)

Rest easy KJ and the darwin will be fine. Bring some eGo batts for the airport since whipping the Darwin out can draw attention you do not want. When in the hotel and rental car you will be happy that you have that Darwin!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Safe travels and happy vapes.

Rob: Even funnier Stanley Kubrick inside jokes? If you watch Clockwork Orange closely, the scene in the record store? Alex is standing near an album of the soundtrack to 2001: A Space Odessey.
