Possibly so Killjoy1. I was just making an observation/statement regarding sells on Darwins . People are able to do what they please, I have no objection to that.

I've found myself on both sides of the argument and resolved to avoid the subject . . . unfortunately I type before thinking sometimes and it's always a toss-up whether Jekyll or Hyde is the one that comes out 
And now for something completely different [/Monty Python], I have just seen the highest amp draw on my Darwin's display that I've ever seen: 5.8 amps!
I guess it really does go up to 6 . . . got my Line in the mail today and have been failing miserably at setting it up, that particular coil was shorting and coming in at 0.4 ohms while I was test-firing it. But the Darwin handled it just fine 
Needless to say that coil popped within seconds

Hello All, I just wanted to state for the record, I did not ask for more than I paid, plus I included probably 50$ worth of extras. I had just bought it from someone else for the same price I was asking, minus the extras, so I lost out on some shipping charges, etc... But I wanted to recoup as much as I could obviously. I didn't put a gun to anyones head to buy it either. I got offers for more than I was asking from people down the PM line, and I sold to the next person in line, when I could have lied and sold to the people that were offering more in desperation.
I'm just stating all this here so no one thinks I am a cheat, or out to get over on anyone, or the like. If you do a search for me on the positive feedbacks, you will see that I usually always include extras, etc...

Still curious to see what the darwin 2 will look like as well.

Was not directed toward you in the least lowboy, your offer for just the device was perfectly fine, but I needed to get more so I included the extra's. isallgood... lol
How does the Line fit with the Darwin? I have one coming as well. I can't wait.

No, it was my Genesis Line. My coil was shorting against the mesh wick, I hadn't done a good job of oxidizing it before wrapping.
I originally started vaping with an rn4081 and I sure as hell wouldn't want to see what would happen to one of those little cartos at 5.8 amps

the arm doesn't close, it's just a hair too wide. Probably would if I added another adapter on there, but I don't like to stress the connector any more than I have to. It doesn't weight much at all, so it balances nicely. I had actually pictured it as being bigger before seeing it in personI'm getting better at setting it up, but the mesh wick is still giving me fits! After all I've seen and heard about it I'm definitely eager to finally get it down. Need the practice for when my GTank arrives, too ;-)Mine just came in today. WOW this thing is great

I was asking because for some strange reason I had a old RN4081 read something like 4 amps it was so hot it scared me, I was like what the heck is going on. I threw it away probably a damaged atty and I it was probably misreading.
