Wharf I suspect that flavoring is the cause of the gunked up coils...Didn't seem too be doing that with other juice.. Then as it gunked I gently brushed it off...Likely gained a hot spot doing that. That same juice is in a Boge/tank with @ 3ml gone and an overnight sit...Carto running fine...I've seen some small hand held steam cleaners...Seems that may work for cleaning up the DID...I also saw a diy tool for coiling...made from copper wire. The drill bit worked better than the Zen method...The little diy made tool would work even better as it will help hold tension on the coil. I'm in no way giving up on the deal...A break in that action will keep the DID from becoming a UFO....No more pre-mixed flavors for me...and some 28 please.....

Now in my travels I read where some guy just mixed up a nic base...Often he vapes the unflavored base...I've tried that and while manageable a little flavor would be my choice. When he fills a tank he adds a few drops of whatever flavor he desires...Seems logical too me...I cut my nic too 18mg...I also cut my flavor percentage from always 20% too never more than 15%...the flavor seems better and given the flavor is the most expensive ingredient...well...a further reduction in flavor for experimentation is in order...the calculator I use also has a drops formula so figuring percentages in a 6ml tank is possible and accurate to some degree....

The Kanger is still on the bus......Today looks like a long shot but with USPS tracking who knows..I get stuff from Greece faster than from Georgia....

Also met an old friend from another forum here on ECF.......DizGrizz...He mentioned seeing the cyber sale...I made mention of the fine products and customer service Mike provides, Should anyone run into Diz he's a great guy and would be an excellent addition too the Buzz Army.

I'm hopeful Diz will join us here. He's awaiting a DID...so Greek will become a second language for him as well..

I picked up 50 feet of 28 and 30 gauge Kanthal on e-bay....Maybe by the time it's here I'll be ready for another go at that DID....My biggest problem stems from the fact I've drip fed for so long. It's gonna be hard to equal the quality of a drip fed Joye 510...Then you got this guy showing how he did his wick and how awesome everything is...So you copy it and 24 hours later it's ratty...Then on his next post he's done an entirely different wick..It's the cats .... as well....I've only rolled two...The third shall be a middle ground of those first two...The heavier wire will allow more coils at less resistence...Enough fire and juice somethings gotta give....

Dee, those are the kind of things I don't want to tinker with, but I can see the appeal of it to the modder types. It's like chasing the dream vape

I wish I could take the Buzz guts and have them in a snazzy vv e-pipe. I know there is a vv e-pipe out there but I want the Buzz innards in it!

EL Dee it took me a while (though that really doesn't mean much since I'm slower than most ) to find how I liked it. I just like having a tank so much and not dripping every 10 minutes. I had tried the ss Line and had given up. Then I got the ZAG and likeded it enough to ZAP my BP

Hey now I already got a Buzz pipe..........

The Kanger landed yesterday..It's easy to fill and changing out the coil will also be a breeze. It ohmed @2.6 and I'm running it @3.9V..It seems to like it there..Vapor and taste are about the same as the Boge/tank. Maybe a shade better but definitely no worse. So far I've put @1/2 tank thru it and all is good. Running it on a pv with a flush 510 connection so the adapter is almost un-noticeable. I've wailed on it pretty hard and no dry hits yet. The non-removable drip tip is fine by me. I've seen posts where the coil lasts a month...Should this be the case it's definitely a winner.

Got my T3 today. Mine meters 2.7 (subtracting the .3 internal resist on my meter) which surprised me since most I have read say they tend to meter on the low side of the advertised 2.4-2.6. I filled her up and started vaping on it about an hour ago. So far, so good. I'm using my good old every day vape so that I can compare it to my regular Fusion/M1A1 setup. Damn things are tall lol.

I'm still having good luck with the T3..Vapor is abundant...and I like that!!!!!!!!

Got my wire in and set everything up...Nice fat wick...didn't oxidize it too much...My super sensitive pv wouldn't play with the 28 gauge...Works lovely with the 30 gauge...Got the 500 mesh screen...all the tips and tricks are applied...Still you gotta tilt the sucker...I mean you gotta vape like Lemmy sings into the mike...Then and only then will it rage..I'm starting too believe that there's no way in Hades it'll ever soak up enough juice...The DID is well made and I'll give it another go eventually...Is the juice worth the squeeze???? Starting too doubt it...

I got a bunch of them rebuildables but it's too much drama for me. as soon as they need new wicks I toss them in the drawer with the others. I'm lazy though. I'm happy you all are getting into them though.
