I just canceled an order for an item that wasn't in stock (yet) and they swiftly refunded my money within less then 24 hours.
They did however pay me back on dollar and a little bit less then what I initially paid.
Does anyone know if this is normal Fasttech-procedure, or did they make a mistake that I need to point out to them perhaps?
Not normal, unless you only canceled a single item and still had other items on order and the canceled item brought your total to less than the free shipping price. I have had them charge me for the shipping at that point without asking.
And I already have a brushed silver Pico sitting in NY customs I ordered just last week. Oh well, 10% would only be $2.50, so I can't complain that much.
I have 2 (all black and ss) sitting in NYC customs too. I got mine from the July 4th sale. And I already have a brushed silver Pico sitting in NY customs I ordered just last week. Oh well, 10% would only be $2.50, so I can't complain that much.
My average using registered options was about 22 days, now since I started using DHL global mail my average is about 10 days, I've even gotten 2 packages in 8 days which is phenomenal..My average of late has been two weeks. Although the last order I received arrived 7 days after it was placed. That amazed me.
