P.S ordered more items with the independence day discount code.

For me it kinda sucks..

My last 2 orders

1) The more important one, placed: 6/7/2016
Still not received, seems to just be floating around, states that it's arrived in country but just nothing since

2) A few extra things, with items that weren't in stock (cancelled and reordered so to get my order shipped after over a week of sitting there) for the previous order (#1) placed a week later: 6/15/2016
Received last week on the 29th

Edit: my wife just let me know that the package (#1) just arrived!! As a post office strike is about to happen, I'm quite relieved.

Edit part deux: got it, again, terrible packaging and things are broken... hoping they'll replace and not go with "refund" as I really want/need these things... I didn't buy them for no reason.

I just canceled an order for an item that wasn't in stock (yet) and they swiftly refunded my money within less then 24 hours.

They did however pay me back on dollar and a little bit less then what I initially paid.

Does anyone know if this is normal fasttech-procedure, or did they make a mistake that I need to point out to them perhaps?

Not normal, unless you only canceled a single item and still had other items on order and the canceled item brought your total to less than the free shipping price. I have had them charge me for the shipping at that point without asking.

Ah, that explains it then, thanks for the reply

I had an RTA and some wire in that order and I only canceled the RTA, so no need to bother them with it then.

I always split my order up between things "in stock" and those with a waiting period. I placed two orders for the July 4th sale. One item in the in stock order is now not in stock. Three items from the waiting order are already ready. Gah! I'm not upset though. I figured there would be many folks ordering and their inventory system would not be able to keep up second to second. One item is showing a ship date of 9 days out! Yikes.

And I already have a brushed silver Pico sitting in NY customs I ordered just last week. Oh well, 10% would only be $2.50, so I can't complain that much.

I only order from them when they have 10%+ off. waiting on 4 packages from them 2-3 of them should arrive this week. and 1-2 the following week to the UK.

takes around 2 weeks for my stuff to get delivered from them getting my items rdy and shipping. Shipping takes around 10days to get delivered to the UK

I have 2 (all black and ss) sitting in NYC customs too. I got mine from the July 4th sale.

My average of late has been two weeks. Although the last order I received arrived 7 days after it was placed. That amazed me.
My average using registered options was about 22 days, now since I started using DHL global mail my average is about 10 days, I've even gotten 2 packages in 8 days which is phenomenal..
