FT also has me fuming....again. I placed an order on the 4th and its been waiting because of the 'eta' date does not always show up when looking at the product and when you actually do order it then they show the 'eta' date. I have this happen a few times lately.
But the latest bs is that same order that is now ready to ship has a balance due for extra shipping? So much for 'free' shipping? There is no way to pay that 'extra' unless you open a ticket and have to wait more for them to get around to helping you. So, of course, I cancelled the order. I thought about reordering immediately but decided against it. Need to re-evaluate whether I wish to purchase anything else from them. They are fast becoming one of the 'hate' sites for me. Too much BS for what they have to offer.

I feel your pain. I only get parts I can't get anywhere else. mods, tanks and coils I am buying elsewhere.

I'm personally tired of receiving items that are different from what I ordered. Has happened with 2 different SKU # of SS screws. I order according to the name and size in the dropdown box, and the picture that's shown of them. What arrives is NOT what's shown nor described. Chatted with a CS person the other night...wanting to know if I try ordering them again, will I at least get the right ones? Or more of the wrong ones?

Told me to open a ticket. Was in the process of doing that, and had to take pictures of each type, along with everything else that came in the orders!! WTH? I've used or installed or given away some of the things that came in the orders!! Plus, while uploading the pics after taking what ones I could...I lose internet connection and nothing uploaded, not even my full explanation of the problems in detail. No record now of any Ticket opened for it.

I don't even care about a credit or anything for the multiple packs i ordered of each screw. I just want to know if I reorder...will I ACTUALLY get the ones I order??? :grr:

What changed, that caused paying for shipping?

I am not sure. I usually pick the option in shipping that is the 3rd or 4th choice down on the list, says something like USPS ...shipping in 7-10 days ...or something like that.....instead of the first shipping option that says FREE USPS shipping in 8-12 days, which is suppose to take longer.

This time I left it at the default(first choice on the list) instead of picking the other option I just mentioned.
The protective packet option (further down the shipping page) is always checked, but I always leave that one checked anyway.

That was the only thing I did differently.

100 clr coil heads for 6.79 each with person name Noel.
Bought some pico-s tanks on another order- free shipping.
Bought cotton and spare pico tanks on another order with free shipping.
This was in the last 2 months but have placed many orders over several years with them including mods.
Yes shipping is slow but does not bother me.
Sorry to here your experience was not a good one.

I, too, ordered the wholesale on the clr coils like you suggested and no shipping charge was incurred on that order. And it arrived at the same pace as my other packages always have. When ordering that one I left the shipping at the default options also.
And spoke with Noel on that transaction too.


Plus this last order was just odds and ends of little stuff, like coils, wraps for mods. No big items at all.

Its not really even the amount of money they want for shipping that bothers me.

The fact that they changed my order(1st) and offered no way for me to correct it without either cancelling it or putting in a ticket.

They can't charge shipping after you pay for an order or maybe I'm not understanding. That's weird. I had a charge for shipping once when I asked them to split an order that was being held up by an item under $20 and 2 weeks hadn't passed. It was $1.00. Not much.

Oh but they did. That is my complaint. And you did not misunderstand. They were holding up shipping it out until my unpaid balanced was paid. Confused, I looked at the invoice and they had added a shipping charge of a dollar something, (that was not on the order when I paid for it)with no way to pay for it.

And it was over $20?
I'd argue or cancel just on principle, but I rarely order more than bits and pieces, most I can find elsewhere. I save on shipping and time because I don't have to hunt for it and order from one store vs several. FT has competition.

Yes, it was just under $50.

I just put in a 'ticket' to ft about this and how upset I was that they are treating their customers in this way.

Well, I got vapemail today and was very excited that some of my Fasttech stuff was FINALLY coming through. But no. It turns out is was something I ordered from efun.top on May 4, rather than any of the things I ordered from FT April 16 - April 26 (several different orders).

I wouldn't worry too much about anything that comes through after the May 20th cut-off. It was ordered and paid for well before May 20th so in principle, it should be perfectly legal. And I doubt a magic curtain will fall that day where everything will be detected and seized - well, at least I don't think so. They can't possibly search every piece of international mail (can they?).... naw, I don't think so.

Hopefully, they provided tracking? Do you have something like that over there? There are sites that do international tracking like this

Some of it just says "information received," and has for about 2 weeks. I contacted fasttech and they say it should be fine and they'll ask singapore post to update the status, and I should wait a couple of days (more). Some of it says it arrived in the country ... like 10 days ago. So why does the efun stuff get delivered (AND those had internal batteries -- I have nothing like that in FT orders), but not FT? I don't know how much I trust the status updates when they DO update. 17TRACK just gives me the same info as the FT tracking link.

Anyway, just venting. I'll stop whining now.

After re reading and seeing how you placed order something sounds like it went haywire on their end and hopefully they will correct it for you.

I just put an order in to Fastech it must be my second one since I have another Fastech order in notepad on the computer. They really do have things you are not going to be able to find at other sites at very good prices. I had to give up some batteries I wanted, seems like it was 13 for 2 Sony batteries I've seen selling for 20 each. Just sit back and wait.
