Epacket is the way to go.

I know its on the slowest boat from China. I've been in dire need of battery wraps for a while now. I got several batts that are mighty questionable to put into a hitter. I bought a couple DNA30 homebuilt aluminum box mods that the sled is so tight I tore the covering on my batts getting them out. I also got some Merlin glass coming from gearbest that too is lost somewhere in the 3rd dimension using NL post.

If you look on FT in the shipping forum you can have a good laugh or maybe not. Things are starting to arrive that were ordered at christmas. I had one that took 4 months. The regular airmail is a good option, For orders less than $20. Swiss Post, I used it a lot when epacket wasn't available or am in absolutely no rush , no tracking or signature. Mine take 2-4 weeks to get to me. You add a week to get to you out west.

Even with a replacement you still need to notify them so they can ship your new item. If you don't they will just wait until Miami gets around to informing them they have received it whenever that may be.

I decided I would get impatient sooner rather than later, so I sent them a polite reminder asking when I can expect a status update.

fasttech always takes shipping time very seriously. You can find the stock status of the items you want on the webpage. Some of the items will be restocked if we have sold them out temporarily.

No, I did not select USPS Express ePacket shipping method. Your system changed it after I ordered it. This is what I am saying so please re-read my original statement. I am well aware of the stock status on the web page and all the items I ordered all said 'in stock' when I placed my order. YOUR system changed some of them to have eta times.
Your system does NOT work well and I have been speaking to others I know who no longer order from you because of all of these problems. Your company used to be decent to deal with, but it seems you no longer care about the customer.

Echo, who has good English, then took over. I had wanted to add another of a different color, but it was too late, so asked for a gift certificate. Just noticed that I have a previous gift certificate with a balance of less than a dollar, with which I could order another of a different color, as a tiny one-item order, before they all get sold.

Ilumn has a wrapper only site Battwrap, PVC Battery Wrap that offers lower shipping if you only need the wraps. I'm not sure how the international will calculate, but if you need them NAOW, it might be worth a look.

Everything I've ordered shipped quickly and progressed through the mail without problems. "In stock" means they actually have it on the shelf and ready to go. Also if you do have questions they have a presence on this forum down in the vendor section.
