It is called a priority customer. They are so weird. now they emailed me back and told me my order was processed. LOL Well no duh. They want info and then completely forget what they wanted that info for. I am starting to be very suspicious of Allison. I think she has a split personality! ROFL!
And only the two that work at FT are named Allison. [emoji38]

Apparently FT does not like the fact that I am not a preferred customer but was still able to buy GC's from their mobile site. They have been writing me back and forth wanting to get all the info they can about how I was able to purchase them when I am not supposed to be able to. If what they are telling me is true they have a glitch between their full site and the mobile site. I hope they do not fix it. It is so much easier than the buy and return route.

I just bought a GC from my pc, using I guess the mobile site. The link was posted here back a ways. Maybe I'll be hearing from them also, and maybe I'll be ignoring them.

I tried to use my GC, and it sends me to bit pay, WTH. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I dunno. I'll try again tomorrow and see what happens.
Is buying a gift certificate better than using PayPal? I know some online retailers offer discount on gift cards sometimes. Is fasttech doing this as well?

Some things can't be bought with pp or cc but they can with gc.

Dunno if this has anything to do with anything but under the GC link there is a place to claim the GC #. I always thought that when one was 'purchased' that this step was necessary to get into your account. Also I can see where if someone buys one for you this would be the place to 'claim it'.

Does the GC # show up in your account at all?

    :)

Nope, nothing works. I guess they just are not gonna honor it. I'm really tiring of their BS. "Invalid gift certificate. The email on the gift certificate purchased must match your FastTech account e-mail address."
Well the e-mail addy is the same. I'm gonna wait till the one remaining order with them ships, then I'll call the CC company and cancel the payment for the GC, and close the FT account if I can. I'm not gonna fill out a ticket on this as it's not worth going round and round with them for days, and days. These people aren't the only game in town.

That is weird that if it shows up in your GC listings that they won't allow it through. I thought all that was automated.
Sorry you are having so many problems with this. I wonder how @Pamawoman is doing with hers.

I have used them in the past with no problems, just used 2 from returns for a mothers day order. Never used the claim GC on the GC page. Just went to secure checkout, clicked the expand at Apply a GC

    Then I had this Screen

Paste the GC code, entered the password for your account, click apply GC, and that's it.

If it does not work, computer glitches do happen, I just have never had a problem with GC working. Hope you get it figured out.

Just can't get around the bit pay, even after I enter the GC code.

Forget the bitcoin being selected, that is because you can't pay with PP or CC and they don't know that you have a GC, so that is the only option left for the system to check, BUT you are paying for the WHOLE order with a GC. Now if it won't take your GC, then I would open a ticket and find out why, as it should because they already have your money for the GC, so it is like your paying in cash.
