I am sorry that happened to you. But it's good you put something in the cart that you could use. When I plan on getting a gc, I will pick an item or a few items with long wait times like eta's of 7 days or more. It is usually something that I like but don't really need but always vape related. It is very frustrating to try to talk reason with some of them. They have glitches all over their main site also, but they don't seem to care.Apparently FT does not like the fact that I am not a preferred customer but was still able to buy GC's from their mobile site. They have been writing me back and forth wanting to get all the info they can about how I was able to purchase them when I am not supposed to be able to. If what they are telling me is true they have a glitch between their full site and the mobile site. I hope they do not fix it. It is so much easier than the buy and return route.

I just placed an order. The weird thing was I could not buy a GC unless I went to their mobile site. The option to purchase a GC was disabled on their full site. Just an FYI if you are trying to buy a GC to pay for your order. Now I just wait for labor day and maybe it will arrive by then. LOL

Not really a big spender, just over $20 for most orders, highest was in $40's but that was for just one mod. I have been a customer since 2013 and placed over 40 orders (lost track), so it could be a time thing like @Nailz suggests.Maybe it's how long been a customer, as I can get to it normally too.
Where the ante is your sanity.Or if they do get the item in, it'll be from another factory and they may do a new listing for it. But not all the time. It's kinda like legal online gambling.

Sorry to hear.I am sorry if anyone thought I was trying to persuade anyone to no longer use FT, because that was not my intention. I just needed to vent and figured this was the place to do it. I have ordered from FT for a long time with zero problems, however, just in the past 6 weeks is when I started having all these problems. i don't know if it was just 'my turn' or if they have new management or what the cause is. All I know is that is has been very frustrating on my end.
