I just got an order in yesterday from them. So far haven't had any problems. I did have one pre order item that I finally cancelled, but I figure that is how they roll sometimes, lol.

I am sorry @Sugar_and_Spice has had such a bad experience.

Anyway, trying another pre-order item with them using the coupon code. Hopefully this one I will get!

I am sorry if anyone thought I was trying to persuade anyone to no longer use FT, because that was not my intention. I just needed to vent and figured this was the place to do it. I have ordered from FT for a long time with zero problems, however, just in the past 6 weeks is when I started having all these problems. i don't know if it was just 'my turn' or if they have new management or what the cause is. All I know is that is has been very frustrating on my end.

It's all good. I am just kind of waiting on the other shoe to drop myself, lol

I decided I would get impatient sooner rather than later, so I sent them a polite reminder asking when I can expect a status update.
Well what do you know, just a few hours later they replied -- on a Saturday, even -- and the status got switched to "returned -- ready to ship." Shows what you get for being patient & keeping your mouth shut...

It use to be. They changed that last year after I put a few orders in.

I am not going to dump FT, to many little parts I still need.

I had to deal with there customer service and it was top notch.
Yes!!! I used to order from HC years ago. They were worth it because they had the 5-click eGo batteries before most of the US vendors did. Most vendors were trying to get rid of the older eGos that couldn't be turned off. And, the ones that did sell the right ones wanted a fortune for them.

Back then, HC had excellent prices. So, it was worth the shipping as long as you bought a lot at once.

But, then they started raising prices.

No problem. Where else would you go to vent. This is the one place you know you can come for anything vape related. Good, bad, or whatever.

Ilumn has a wrapper only site Battwrap, PVC Battery Wrap that offers lower shipping if you only need the wraps. I'm not sure how the international will calculate, but if you need them NAOW, it might be worth a look.

I just had a look and they won't ship to Canada.

I never made a order through healthcabin before cause their shipping was always too expensive. I entered a contest with them and won a dozen spools(8 different kinds x2) of geekvape wire, stainless and different claptons bout 60 bucks worth. The reason I now enjoy SS builds with TC more than kanthal and bought chitloads of SS wire..Win Win for me. It was inside of 2 weeks from the win email to be in my mailbox
Got a email about their anniversary and entered another contest and won a Yosta 160 box mod and again fast arrival time.
Healthcabin has got a good clearance sale going on. I can say I scored pretty good. You have to dig through the site cause not all clearance items are in the clearance area but never-the-less I found kanger subtank mini kits for 7 bucks each, they are white but the RBA is worth that alone, black subtank bases for 1.50 each, a IStick 100 basic its called for 9 bucks and a sigelei book TC40 mod for 10 bucks along with some battery cases that are flip top. I trolled their site for 3 days, picked through every brand and watched many review YT vids of mods they have on clearance to be sure I didn't miss anything.
I had a email discussion with a HC rep about the free shipping over 29.9 "And there is no limited with countries" for it being their anniversary sale but I had to spend 39.9 like stated in their site for Canada and New Zealand. Her answer was pay the 18.00 shipping it would cost me then they would refund the shipping in points.....no dice.
I did spent about 50 bucks on items and with their new member 500 points(5 bucks), first order(5 bucks) and the 20% off coupon(10 bucks) my order came out to $30.00 so I did pretty good for what I bought saving 20 bucks.

I can send you a few wraps if you are desperate.

I have loaded up from health cabin in the last month.

Thanks but I have lots of batteries, bought many from the coops. Its a shame the torn ones are just sitting and I had to pull out new batteries while the torn ones are still good. I can rip through several batts in a day with some of the nasty multiwire builds I now enjoy. Juice isn't a issue but constantly filling attys and changing batteries gets monotonous.

I did the exact same as you and got some killer deals. Also got 1 of the white subtanks and 2 of the blue. Couldn't believe they were that cheap. That was on Thursday and its already shipped.

I just bout had a heart attack seeing the kits for 7 bucks. Its like buying the RBA and getting the tank as a bonus. I plan on vaping subtank mini till the end of time so one can never have enough backstock. I ordered 5 of them...all white and a bunch of black bases also. I just hope the coils in the kits aren't vertical, those are a waste cause and I won't rebuild them. I don't like vertical coils in any atty, they are spitback factories.

They are square and vertical. I just put them in the junk box. I bought mine primarily for the RBA

I do understand the frustration with FT nowadays, the system does not seem to work as well as it use too, when something said it was in stock, it really was, nowadays that is not true at all. People use to say, only order 'in stock' items, but can't count on that anymore.

Good example, tonight I ordered a SKX doggystyle, which said it was in stock and a insider, which said ship next day, which understand that would be Monday, but once I checked out, now says 16th and 17th for each item, and be amazed if that comes true as well, but not in any rush though.

Exactly where they go. When we travel I take enough stuff to rebuild if necessary but carry a couple stock coils just in case cause without my magnifying light its a challenge for my old eyes to wrap a coil. I also haven't been throwing out my used builds that mostly are claptons that I change out just for a different ohm range that are still perfectly fine. I have several in a case in my vape travel bag so I just have to remove the toasted coil and put in another, wick and I'm(more my wife) on my way without having to hassle with cleaning or coiling a new build. I learned to lock her hitter after her Istick somehow went to max watts and she cooked a coil on the highway, coughed up a lung and I got chit for laughing. She's a serious tootle puffer so anything below 1.2ohm she can burn real easily.

I just placed an order. The weird thing was I could not buy a GC unless I went to their mobile site. The option to purchase a GC was disabled on their full site. Just an FYI if you are trying to buy a GC to pay for your order. Now I just wait for labor day and maybe it will arrive by then. LOL

I've always had to go to the mobile site to buy a certificate. I don't know if it's just me, or what.

I just place an order for a little more than what the items I really want but can only be purchased thru a gc. Doesn't matter what you put in the cart at this point except for the items they designate cannot be purchased except thru bitcoin or gc. As soon as the order you don't really want is placed, cancel it and select the option of a gc for your refund instead of paypal. Its immediate. No fuss and no hassle. Then I use the gc for the items I really want. Like aspire items can only be purchased via bit coin or gc. Easy.

    just food for thought.

I tried that once, just a few weeks ago, and it didn't work. I'm leary of trying that again.
Do you know why? It has always worked for me. Sometimes their website messes up and the screen goes blank so just refresh the page or hit the back button and try again. Be patient you will get it. And you will know if it has gone through because it will tell you so. I have tried to let the CS people know some of the things that need fixed on their site but they are not interested.
