Looks like a maybe... if you go look at FT's website their logo has some sort of Memorial Day design on it this morning.
I sure love the folks here at ecf! I’ve been stalking the FT site lately too on the lookouts for a coupon (to
use with a Chinese company for an American holiday nonetheless!:D)

Well, I have to give FT two thumbs up for their support through the Chinese shipping/customs issues. Although there is nothing they can do after an order ships, they stayed in contact with me, asking if there was anything I needed. I told them, when they receive the return package to please ship it to me again. I have a new tracking number, and the package is moving through the postal offices. Their customer support through the ticket process was exceptional. :thumbs:

as much as people dislike ft, I have to say that honestly they are one of the better customer support's I have had to deal with and over the 6 years, they've always made things right, which I can not say for some other companies to whom I will never do business with again unless it's some really dirt cheap price that I don't mind losing money on just in case

I have never had problems with Fasttech, not one single time, but of course that was to good to be true for long. I just received a squonk mod that is missing an important internal piece. The mod will not function without this piece. I offered to take plenty of pictures. They will not accept pictures, they demand video. Furthermore, they demand that the video be posted privately to YouTube since they cannot accept video files on their website. I just assured them that none of that nonsense was ever going to happen, and I won't jump through flaming hoops of fire either. I will let them fight it out with my credit card company, and they won't win that one. I have bought so much stuff from them without a complaint. I am kind of surprised by their bad behavior.

Don't give up so easily - not all their customer service reps are on the ball. Go to the FT forum and page @anniepan and tell her your problem. Use the "Feedback" forum. I find this is a more direct way of getting satisfaction than going back and forth with CS for a week or two.
