Ordered a Vapefly Galaxies rta on 8/2/18, it was shipped 8/3/18, It is at my local PO and looks like it will be delivered today 8/21/18. So that makes it 19 days from order to delivery. I guess that is not to bad from China. That is with free shipping.

I don't order from FT anymore. Had 4 orders with them, only one arrived, one has been refunded and two (still not delivered after 2 months) are currently subject of FT / HK post enquiry, both registered air-mail. Not that impressive.

Contrast that with 3F Vape and Ali Express, around 20 orders in all, all of which arrived in tact within 7-8 days.

Might not be down to FT but I'll stick with suppliers who are using more reliable postal services.

Quick update on this FWIW. Had two orders with FT shipped HK Post Air Mail with tracking on 29 May. Didn't arrive, anticipated delivery time was 10 days. Raised a tracking ticket with FT after 3 weeks. One problem with them using HK Post is that HKP wait time for tracking enquiries is 60 days, as opposed to the 30 days that most postal services respond within. IIRC at the time I ordered HKP was the only one with tracking that was offered to this region. I would have selected China Post Registered Air Mail had it been available given they have had a 100% success rate with orders and fast too.

Upshot, 3 months after the order was placed HK Post have confirmed that BOTH orders were lost in transit. Both! Doesn't inspire confidence. So FT offered to re-ship the order or refund. Seriously, LOL. No way am I prepared to wait yet another 3 months only to have HK post say they've been lost in the post again! Refund please.

Clearly it's down to HKP that the packages went astray, not FT, but I won't be ordering from FT again, particularly when orders from AE (even though I'd never order anything that might need their buyer protection that isn't worth the paper it's written on - I only EVER order from the official stores like Wotofo and Vandy Vape etc if ordering from AE) and 3F Vape arrive without fail within 7 days and never had a single order (30+) not get through, in stark contrast to FT and HKP. It's not the fault of the supplier if the postal service loses their packages, it is up to the supplier to use reliable postal services though. FT for me is a pass.

UPDATE: The plot thickens. Just to add insult to injury, when I originally placed these orders they were in one bundle. It was suggested that splitting them up might be better, as such the orders were cancelled and the value was credited to the account with a gift certificate, so, given the re-ordered items were ordered with a gift certificate (that was issued as an admin solution) it can only be credited back as a gift certificate! So now off to order something else that can be sent by China Post (albeit the success I've had with China Post has all been with AE and 3F Vape, NEVER FT). After this, really, I wash my hands of Fast Tech.

I can now FINALLY happily say that my package got here intact and no bill from customs as far as i have seen,at least not yet anyway,but i don't expect one,i think i would of had to pay it before the package was released if there was a charge.I can definitely say though,that the hub in LA is horrible haha.This package got to LA ISC August 6,went into customs Aug.7,left customs on the 8th and went to the International distribution center and was scanned in there on the 8th.I just finally got it today 8/18,so 10 days from California to Ohio,that is crazy.
Now i'm concerned that my current package en route from FT will follow the same path and take forever to get here,as it went through the same facility in China that the last one did,which was the first time i ever seen that one used,so hopefully they send this one to Chicago like almost all of my packages have always went through.

Not a distribution center anymore. So they can’t just truck it from there to me, they have to send it a few hundred miles out of the way. I've had a couple go from Chicago to Michigan,but usually my stuff goes straight from Illinois to Columbus,and i'll have it the next day.Now,i have a package that was shipped from California,and it went to Michigan and sat there for 4 days before finally getting to Columbus last night.My most recent FT package that was routed to LA again,sat in Customs for 7 days this time around,and has now been sitting at the LA hub there for another 4 days now,i hope they don't send that to Detroit too,i've waited long enough haha.

My record is 7 days. That was absolutely crazy, considering countries right next to me cant even ship that fast I know stuff gets shipped in bulk from China, but still. That was pretty damn impressive.

Also, I have received every single order from FT. Awesome site for vapers.

If it's going to happen at all I think it will be one day only which should be Labor Day Monday. I'm keeping a close eye on FT and keeping my fingers crossed. Lots of stuff in my cart due to the last sale being way back in July.

I'm still holding out hope that since that sale ends today they will have a 1 day site wide sale for Labor Day. I think last year it was one day only for Labor Day.

And I’ve noticed they post the coupon code real close to the start time of the sale. They usually do have a coupon code for all major US holidays.

Well if the sale is coming my bet is the code will be dropped around 4:30 am EST. They'll be near the end of their business day and most of us will be up a couple of hours after that and see the code.
