Vivi Novas from FT SUCK. Really. Even the minis.

My package is doing the rounds in San Fran, even after it "departed!"

I've been wading through this thread and can't seem to clarify this question no matter how I try, so here goes:

does fasttech sell replacement coil heads that are compatible with genuine vision vivi novas?
If so, could someone with the knowledge help direct me to the appropriate sku?

I'm certain this has been covered, sorry if you're all sick to death of this question.

I'm dying to get one of the pyrex cartotanks, after receiving an order with a poly cartotank today i'm loving cartos a little bit more than i16's and 30's.

DO you mean the Pyrex Glass DCR tank? SKU 1396103 ?

I have one of the real SMOK ones and LOVE it. I just ordered 2 from fasttech which have not arrived yet.

Yup, i'm waiting on my CC(7/19) so i can make an order of some juice and 2 or 3 of those. I burnt the first carto :p but the 2nd one is great almost up there with my RDA's so i think i'll put my clearos on the backup box

Im starting to get tired of all the bad stuff I get from them. The exceptions are the real name brand products..Kanger Pro Tanks, Innoken products, Panosonic batteries etc. Just such a large percentage of returns with all of their egos, evods and the like. Oh well...
Sorry to hear that, I have made about 15 orders with FT and have only had an issue with 1 battery and that was more of a design fault (not turnoffable) for which they offered a refund or store credit. All six or seven clearo's I have used (I have a number that came with sets I haven't used) have been fine.

I imagine the truth is somewhere between our two experiences.

Just ordered my birthday present. Couldn't decide between the SVD or the Vamo V3 Stainless so I ordered both. Hey! It's for my birthday at the end of the month.

My birthday was in May, but I discovered FastTech in June, so every package I will consider a belated present to me until next April when I consider them early birthday presents thanks to this post. It's the best idea ever!

And hey! Happy birthday! I have been trying to decide between the SVD and the V3 for a while now, so you'll have to do a review! I'm leaning toward the SVD because my Innokin batteries rock, but a review would be the ultimate decision maker.

0 issues with mine, i was one of the first getting one from FT like more than a month ago. Couldn't be happier with it, if it had delivered before i got my SVD i would have put the SVD order on the backburner for a while.

Not the real deal, great clones tho. I have 2 original igo's, these seem to have a different silhouette and the air hole is lower. My igo's top is almost a 90 degree angle while the ones from FT have a slight curve while the slant on the middle to upper part on mine is a little curvy the ones from FT have a hard angle there.

So that is the FT version in the picture correct? I've seen the "dome" top versions and read about a lot of different revisions one of which is the hole location. I guess it would take a side by side picture. Any performance differences in your opinion? Prefer one over the other?

@puchox Which poly carto tank did you get? Also, which cartos

@Myrany I ordered some of the pyrex Smoktech like ones and should get them within the week. I'm hoping they are actual ST and enjoy them as much as you do. I'm also curious on how the colors are gonna turn out lol
TIA for the feedback!

Got my X9 and x10 today. X9 works fine - tank sounds like glass when tapped with a finger. X10 works fine on my Lambo - but 999s on the Vamo. Perhaps its the threading - the thread "pole" seems to be a bit short. I think the X9 will become a firm favourite because of the nice big tank. The X10 - jury still out because of the threading issue.

I got 2 x10's that work fine on my Vamo. The heads on yours probably are not making contact to the positive pin on your Vamo. I ended up putting in a kanger evod head pretty soon as the heads that came with mine tasted burnt. Which I think is odd as the head that came in my X9 worked great. I really like the X10 as they work just as good as my evods but match the size of bigger mods better.

The X9 I got really trips me out the way it sounds like glass when you tap it with something. I did the scratch test on it and it is defiantly polycarbonate. The X9 and X10 are both well built and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of them from my experience so far with them.

Thanks for the tip. I also got 20 Evod heads in my order, so I'll try one on the X10 and see if that helps. It's odd that it should work fine on the Lambo but not on the Vamo, though.

Your center post may be getting pushed down. This is a common problem with the Vamo, even more so if you use Vivi novas on them. You could try taking a little screwdriver and gently pull that pin up a little, I need to do that to one of my ego's from time to time.
